Delhi High Court today in a PIL filed by Fath Academy Parents Association through Advocate Ashok Agarwal has issued notices to Govt of Delhi, Central Govt and school seeking explaination as to why the guildelines dated 12.04.2010 of the DOE for constitution of Parents Teachers Association (PTA) in all unaided private schools in Delhi have not been implemented. Next date of hearing is 11.02.2010
