FESTIVE CRAB SALAD
Yield: 6 servings

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 pound imitation crabmeat, flaked
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dillweed
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients;
mix well and spoon into a 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden
and heated through. Serve warm.
Nutritional Information Per Serving (1/4 cup):
Calories: 112, Fat: 8 g, Cholesterol: 31 mg, Sodium: 318 mg,
Carbohydrate: 3 g, Dietary Fiber: 0 g, Sugars: 3 g, Protein: 6 g
