She claimed that Chidambaram told her "They are doing this as they will go out of power (in West Bengal)."

At the same time, the government has approved a 10 per cent hike in price of natural gas that state-owned firms like Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) sell to consumers in non-priority sectors such as steel and petrochemicals.

Despite the country's robust economic growth, the number of people living in slums is likely to cross 93 million by 2011, marking an increase of around 23 percent since 2001. A committee set up by Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation has projected this figure, the Rajya Sabha was informed today.

The main reasons for increase in slum population are influx of a large number of workers to cities without commensurate job opportunities and non-availability of housing and basic amenities, Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation Minister Kumari Selja said in a written reply.

She cited high cost of living, housing, transport and education and inadequate provision of land for housing as some other reasons for increase in slum population.

Selja said her ministry has begun the process for formulation of a new scheme for providing support to states that are willing to provide property rights to slum dwellers.

The Supreme Court today asked the centre to respond within 10 days to the petition filed by Tata chief Ratan Tata seeking a direction to the government to probe leakage of audio tapes containing his private conversation with corporate lobbyist Niira Radia and stop their further publication. The government on Thursday deposited in the Supreme Court the original taped recordings of the conversations of corporate lobbyist Nira Radia and others relating to the 2G spectrum allocation. On the other hand,Chief Vigilance Commissioner PJ Thomas, facing stinging remarks from Supreme Court and demand for his sacking by Opposition, today said his conscience is clear and he will continue in the post.

Reacting sharply to the Congress'' remarks, the BJP dubbed the ruling party members as "agents of Quattrocchi".

"There is a propaganda of the Maoists that Indian democracy does not reflect the aspirations of the people. The manner in which the opposition has disrupted Parliament and not allowed the supreme voice of the people to function it gives credence to the propaganda of Maoists. It almost seems as Opposition is behaving as their agents," Congress spokesperson Manish Tewari told reporters outside Parliament.

The BJP retorted by raking up the Bofors case. "Quattrocchi''s agents are accusing us of being Maoist agents. Quattrocchi''s agents do not have the right to say so," BJP spokesperson Prakash Javdekar said, referring to Bofors case accused Ottavio Quattrocchi. The party has been accusing the government of protecting the Italian businessman.

While Tewari appealed to all opposition leaders to rise above party politics and allow democracy to function, Javdekar said, "the issue relates to democracy only. When 70 per cent of MPs are demanding JPC, why is the Congress running away from it.

"Running away from JPC is undemocratic, demanding JPC is democratic. Congress seems to have lost all logic that is why the party is doing this," the BJP leader said.

The deadlock over the opposition demand for Joint Parliamentary Committee probe into 2-G spectrum issue continued for the 15th day.

"If the situation would be allowed to continue like this then this will not be good for democracy," the Congress spokesperson said.

"This is a very sensitive issue. We have good bilateral relations (with the US) and they had already warned us.... So, I think it is not the right time to comment on it and we want to continue having good relationship with the US that. So, I think let us wait and work this out," Kaur said.

She was asked about the reports that the US diplomats were spying not only on the UN head but other personalities as per the secret communications which were made public by WikiLeaks which released millions of cables regarding US foreign policy.

Kaur also maintained that "it is an internal matter for each country and their diplomats... what they want to get and how they deal with it."

Over three million cables were released by the WikiLeaks documenting correspondence between various US embassies and consulates.

The US had warned India and other key governments across the world about the potentially embarrassing release of classified documents by WikiLeaks which may harm American interests and create tension in its ties with its "friends".

"So in my view, the Indian approach (on capital inflows) is the right one... so the capital inflows may prove even more useful (for infrastructure development)," Kahn said at a Ficci function in New Delhi.

In general, capital flows are beneficial for economies when they are driven by growth prospects, he said, adding that as far as India is concerned, capital inflows can be put to good use without sacrificing economic stability.

"So the general view that we should have on this capital flows, of course, is that as India is now looking for something like USD 1 trillion for infrastructure, so the capital inflows may prove even more useful," he said.

Long-term capital inflows have to be welcomed, while short-term destabilised inflows have to be managed, he said.

Since January this year, the country has receive capital inflows to the tune of USD 39 billion. Furthermore, some other countries with high growth, especially emerging countries, are attracting a lot of capital inflows, he said.

He also pointed that "India has neither undertaken massive interventions nor decided to strengthen its capital control, even if its understandable that some other country have to do (that) just to avoid the consequences of too big disruptive capital inflows."

Pointing out that India has weathered the crisis remarkably well because of to its macroeconomic policies, he said, "India has truly become an economic superpower... Now it is time to play its role in the global economic framework and governance."

India recorded a GDP growth rate of 8.9 per cent in the first six months of the 2010-11 fiscal, one of the highest in the world.

At the same time, Kahn said, the global economic recovery is still fragile and uneven and the crisis in Europe is still strong. "It is overoptimistic to believe that the crisis is behind," he said.

"We need a strong medium-term consolidation plan in most advanced economy," he said while appreciating India's approach on fiscal management.

"One of the lessons of this crisis is very clear, that is, the value of fiscal space. That is very important for India, because India's commitment to ambitious medium-term deficit and debt reduction target is very important," he said.

Mayawati to inaugurate two more parks on Ambedkar jayanti

Caring little about allegations of misuse of funds for erecting parks and statues, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati will inaugurate two more as a tribute to Dr B R Ambedkar on his birth anniversary on December 6.

To be named after the architect of the Constitution, both the parks are coming up in the city''s Gomti Nagar locality, where a grand memorial in the name of Amebdkar exists already.

While one is being developed over a sprawling 22 acres of land featuring the city''s biggest and most spectacular musical fountain, the other is coming up over 23 acres on the banks of river Gomti ''bandha'' and would have the first four-faced statue of the iconic leader, an official told PTI.

"Cast in marble, the 18-ft high statue has been sculpted in Jaipur. Another 12 feet high statue of Dr Ambedkar has been put up inside a huge pavilion at one of the parks", he said.

The state government has sanctioned around Rs 150 crore to develop the two parks.

With well laid out pathways, flower beds and lights, the entire 45-acre stretch of Gomti Barrage is being beautified to provide a visual treat to visitors.

"There will be a mix of light, music and colours. The hi-tech musical fountain has cost Rs 2.5 crore", the official said.

The Lucknow Development authority (LDA) earlier wanted to sell this reclaimed land along the Gomti river for the construction of a hotel.

However, the idea was shelved after the High Court shot down the proposal on a public interest litigation challegning the move.

Opposition parties including Congress, BJP and Samajwadi Party have been alleging that Central funds were misused by Mayawati government for construction of parks and statues.

NDA sticks to JPC demand; no plans for no-confidence motion

As Parliament remained deadlocked for the 15th working day, NDA on Thursday declared that there was no going back on the issue of demand for a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) into the 2G spectrum scam.

It, however, indicated that it has no plans to bring a no-confidence motion against the government on the issue.

"2G scam is a multi-dimensional scam, undermining democracy itself... Business houses talking of composition of the government... in view of this nature... for a thorough probe and to bring all guilty to book, nothing short of a JPC can do justice to the task," senior BJP leader L K Advani said.

Addressing a press conference along with leaders of opposition Sushma Swaraj (Lok Sabha) and Arun Jaitley (Rajya Sabha) as also leaders of Shiv Sena and Akali Dal, he said that the government has not been able to convince anyone in the Opposition why a JPC was not needed.

Accusing the government of provoking it to bring a no-confidence motion when only year has passed since the Lok Sabha polls, he suggested that such a course of action was not planned, noting that "every MP wants to serve the full term".

Besides, he said, he was for a fixed term for legislatures in the country and have also met the Prime Minister and Leader of the Lok Sabha in this regard.

Alleging that the UPA government was "indifferent" to the problem of corruption, Advani claimed that even if the allegation was likely to reach "high levels of political office... the government was absolutely adamant".

"The Government cannot seriously expect the Opposition to accept that the CBI and the CVC are the appropriate institutions which are capable of an honest investigation into the monumental 2G spectrum allocation scam", he said.

Advani said that the NDA has decided to launch a "crusade" to mobilise public opinion against corruption. He appealed to other opposition parties which have supported the demand for JPC to join in the endeavour.

"Why is the Government running scared of a Joint Parliamentary Committee? The Committee will be headed by a Government nominee," Advani asked and told the Congress-led coalition that the responsibility for the parliamentary stalemate rests squarely on its shoulders.

Alleging that the autonomy and independence of the CBI has been "seriously compromised", he said the investigations by the agency "no longer inspire confidence."

"It has become a convenient instrument in the hands of the Government either to whitewash certain investigations or to harass political opponents", the BJP veteran said.

SC seeks centre''s response to Tata''s plea on Radia tapes

The Supreme Court today asked the centre to respond within 10 days to the petition filed by Tata chief Ratan Tata seeking a direction to the government to probe leakage of audio tapes containing his private conversation with corporate lobbyist Niira Radia and stop their further publication.

The apex court issued notices to Union Home Secretary G K Pillai, CBI, Income Tax Department and Finance Ministry asking them to file an affidavit on the issue and posted the matter for further hearing on December 13.

The court also directed that two magazines - Open and Outlook, which had published the conversations, be made parties to the petition by Tata and issued notices to them.

Appearing for various government departments, Attorney General G E Vahanvati accepted notices on their behalf.

US wanted to preserve ISI image after 26/11 attacks: WikiLeaks

Zeenews Bureau

New Delhi: In yet another shocking revelation from the WikiLeaks saga, the US Ambassador in Pakistan is said to have advised the US State Department to force India to not release any information on their investigations into the 26/11 attacks which could damage the reputation of Pakistani spy agency ISI.

In a cable – a secret communication from embassy to their country – marked 'secret' and sent in January 2009, Ambassador Anne W. Patterson urges her bosses to prevent India with sharing their 26/11 probe details with the international community.

"We believe it is premature for the Indians to be considering a broad dissemination of information on the attack until the investigation has been completed," the ambassador noted, going on to say that the revelations could harm the image of ISI boss Shuja Pasha.

"If Pasha is embarrassed by what is essentially public dissemination without the Indians providing the results of their own investigation to Pakistan, it will undercut Pakistan's ability to pursue its investigation, generate a public backlash in Pakistan, and could undermine Pasha personally," she says in the cable.

"Therefore, we believe Department should urge the GOI to delay the release of information…"she added.

India however did share its findings with the countries whose citizens were killed in the attacks.

The cables also show how the UK embassy in Islamabad had concluded that the attacks were a handiwork of LeT and had asked their government to pressurise Pakistan to immediately act against its leaders.

Another communication quoted a Pakistani diplomat who told a US official that Pakistan President Asif Zardari had blamed the Indian media for deteriorating relations between his country and India. It was because of this, he said, that the Pak Army refused to send ISI chief to India after the attacks.

GoM for Bhopal tragedy yet to fulfil tasks, say survivors

The central government this year set up a group of ministers (GoM) for a second time to assuage the deep wounds of victims of the Bhopal gas tragedy, but five months have passed and there has been little action, say survivors.

After the toxic gas leak on the night of Dec 2 and 3, 1984 - in which over 3,000 people were killed instantly and 25,000 more since - a GoM was set up by the government in 1991. Its last meeting was held in June 2008. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was a member of that GoM.

The new GoM was set up after a June 7 verdict on the gas tragedy by a city court caused national outrage. It held seven officials of the Union Carbide plant and the company itself guilty of criminal negligence for the 1984 gas disaster and sentenced them to two years in jail and imposed a fine of Rs.100,000. But the guilty were bailed out within minutes, prompting survivors and activists to call it a mockery of justice.

'The GoM was the only thing that the centre had done for survivors of the Bhopal tragedy but its work also did not reach victims,' Rachna Dhingra of the NGO Bhopal Group for Information and Action told IANS.

Led by Home Minister P. Chidambaram, the current GoM has 10 ministers. They held a meeting June 18-19, 2010 at New Delhi and identified 21 tasks for urgent action.

It includes disbursement of additional compensation of Rs.739 crore, filing of curative petitions in the Supreme Court against the judgments in February-May 1989 and in October 1991.

In the February-May 1989 judgments, a $470 million settlement had been pronounced by the Supreme Court, which also quashed criminal charges against Warren Anderson and the Indian accused.

In the 1991 judgment, criminal charges were reinstated by the Supreme Court.

Among the other tasks identified by the GoM were submission of additional material in support of extradition of Warren Anderson (31.7.2010), filing of a curative petition in the Supreme Court against the 1996 judgment (31.7.2010) and filing of the revision application in the high court against trial court judgment (31.7.2010).

In the 1996 judgement, the Supreme Court had diluted charges against Indian officials of Union Carbide.

Five months after the GoM was formed, while the central government has sanctioned the amount, the process of disbursement of additional compensation has not even started, says the NGO.

In the matter of filing a curative petition in the Supreme Court, the plea has not been filed; even if it does get filed, the government has no strategy to enforce the decisions of Indian courts on Union Carbide, which no longer has any property in India, and make it pay damages, says the Bhopal Group for Information and Action .

With regard to the extradition of Anderson, who was the Union Carbide chief when the tragedy occurred, no new requests have been filed with the State Department and the Department of Justice in the US, points out the NGO.

A curative petition has been filed against the 1996 judgement but no step has been taken to hasten the pace of the case.

The condition is more or less the same in all other tasks outlined by the GoM, says the NGO.

Except tasks like remediation of the Union Carbide site, which was to be completed by 2012, every other task identified by the GoM was to be accomplished quickly and the responsibilities of various departments, ministers, agencies had also been clearly outlined.

Army apologises to Omar for shootout statement

The Indian Army has apologised to Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for a statement that a shootout had occurred in Srinagar earlier this week because of the state government's insistence on thinning out troops in the city, an officer said.

The army's Northern Command chief, Lt. Gen. B.S. Jaswal, 'apologised to the chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir on this issue on Wednesday to resolve the issue', command PRO Lt. Col. Pradeep Kochhar said in a statement Thursday.

'The chief minister and the army commander share extremely cordial relations and have the best of functional rapport. The entire episode is deeply regretted.

'The state government and the army are maintaining best of relations and would continue to do so,' the statement added.

Jaswal had also clarified to Abdullah that the army statement had been unauthorisedly issued by the command public relations officer on Tuesday, a day after the Srinagar shootout in which three men said to be terrorists were killed, an official source said.

Jaswal also told Abdullah that the Northern Command had nothing to do with the statement.

The statement Tuesday had said Abdullah had 'given in' to the clamour of demilitarisation and dismantling of bunkers in Srinagar, which had 'delighted' the separatists.

This had irked Abdullah, who, while speaking at a public meeting in south Kashmir's Anantnag town, had said he would persist with his demand for the repeal of the Armed Forces Special Powers Act and dismantling of bunkers in the places where 'militancy has declined and peace has returned'.

'Terrorists have once again shown their presence for the second time in a month as if to remind the world that militancy was still alive and kicking in Kashmir,' the army statement had added.

'The clamour to remove bunkers and thin out the police/paramilitary presence from the urban areas had compelled the Omar Abdullah government to give in.'

India has no 'Cold Start' doctrine: Army Chief

Army Chief Gen VK Singh on Thursday said India has no "Cold Start" doctrine as claimed in the secret American documents and dismissed the US perception about the Indian Army being "slow and lumbering".

"There is nothing called 'Cold Start' (doctrine) in the Indian Army. We don't have anything called 'Cold Start'," he told a news agency reacting to wikileak documents in which US Ambassador Timothy Roemer analyses India's military approach towards Pakistan in the wake of 26/11 attacks.

He also dismissed Roemer's description of the Indian Army's mobilisation process as "slow and lumbering", saying that is "his perception" with which he does not agree.

"We don't necessarily agree with that perception. We know what has to be done," Gen Singh underlined.'

He said the Indian Army has "things in place" and "We practice our contingency depending on situations. We are confident that we will be able to exercise the contingency when the time comes."

Asked about the slow process of modernisation of the Armed forces, Gen Singh explained that it is mainly due to procedures and the fact that authorities want to be cautious to ensure nothing goes wrong.

Editorial

Bahujans caught in the storm of money-driven society that is killing India

The topic is a very serious one, never discussed in public and never understood by its victims. Because the moment you discuss it, you become unpopular.
For your information the anti-Mandal war and violence during the V.P. Singh Govt. was planned and executed by the Brahminical students in JNU. Some Dalit students were staying with us fearing threat to their lives. The Brahminical students found out our address in Vasant Vihar, Delhi, broke open our flat, ransacked the whole thing and threw leaflets condemning Mandal Report. When we returned late in the night, our neighbours were all laughing and enjoying the "punishment" given to us.
Dalits suffered for OBCs: Delhi then witnessed unprecedented violence. All Dalit students of JNU had to run away to their villages to save their lives.
The Mandal Commission Report was meant for the OBCs but the people who led the agitation and suffered were the Dalits. There is no change in the behaviour of the upper castes — whether elders or its youth — since then. Among the upper caste women, there may be some exceptions.
But by and large the upper caste Brahminical people, who constitute less than 15% of the country's population, have not changed. They don't want to change. Why should they change when they are the rulers?
Their behaviour has been the same ever since they came to our India as beggars — thousands of years ago.
Reddy or Khamma rule : Today they are the rulers. And particularly after the so-called "independence", they are the owners and rulers. And we are the victims of their rulership.
Our statement may shock you. But unfortunately it is the supreme truth. We have written about it, spoken about it hundreds of times. None has challenged it so far.
Take the case of AP. It is either the Reddy rule or the Khamma rule. It is the case in all the states of India.
As the Editor of Dalit Voice, the oldest and the largest circulated journal of the Bahujan Samaj, now 30-years-old, we are in touch with all the states and frequently tour the country. We are in touch with our people of the whole country.
Mayawati rule: This is our third visit to this university (Hyderabad Central University). There is no state in India which is ruled by the Bahujan Samaj.
You may ask: What about UP under Mayawati? Sorry, UP also is under the control of Brahminical people. Only the CM is a Dalit.
Brahmins may be 2 or 2.5% but the other three layers of the Brahminical society, comprising Kshatriya, Vaishya and shudra put together become 15%. And these sections control all the wealth, monopoly of English language, control all the Hindu gods and their wealth. Even our very thinking is under their control.
And more than that, they have the govt. in their hands, judiciary, education system, industry and commerce.
Fear of Bahujans: And on the top of that the powerful media — that can convert the day into night and vice-versa.
This (15%) ruling class is fully aware of the dangers of the voting power of the Bahujans (85%) and the possibility of the over-whelming Bahujans capturing the political power and becoming the rulers.
Thinking sections among the Brahminists do not even get sound sleep in the night.
Fearing such a possibility, this Brahminical ruling class earlier experimented with their favourite philosophy of manuwadi marxism.
In AP, all the top marxist leaders were Khammas or Reddis. Even the Naxalite, Maoist leadership was in the hands of Brahmins, Reddis and Khammas.
In W. Bengal, the three upper castes — Brahmins, Baidyas and Kayasths — have been having an uninterrupted rule — all marxists. In the other "marxist state" of India, namely Kerala, it is again the same upper castes, Brahmins, Nairs who rule.
In the Naxalite or Maoist movement also, it is the same upper caste Brahmins and others who are holding the leadership.
Gaddar's worry: But those who carry the gun, fight the police and die are our people — the SC/ST/BCs.
Gaddar is the lone Dalit in the maoist movement but he was shot twice and silenced. If he opens his mouth against the upper caste control of the Maoist movement, he will be shot dead. He knows it. The poor man is deeply worried.
His only job is to sing and dance — and entertain the people, gather the crowd and brainwash them about the maoist movement.
Gaddar is an Ambedkarite and our close friend. But he is helpless. Poor man, we pity him.
The Brahminical control of the Maoist movement is total. But those who die in the police bullets are our people. This is a serious problem.
Corporates financing Mao: A powerful section of the upper castes, including big corporate houses are financing and supporting the Maoist movement. How the upper castes (rich) are supporting Maoists? Because they know the Bahujan movement, inspired by the thoughts of Babasaheb Ambedkar, Periyar E.V. Ramaswamy, Mahatma Phule etc., will turn the 85% Bahujans against the 15% upper caste exploiters.
That is why they are financing, advertising and doing everything to promote the Maoists. But at the same time confining them to rural areas.
On one side the Maoist movement has taken control of the entire eastern part of India — covered by dense forests. The Maoists are strictly ordered to confine themselves to rural areas.
Hindu terrorists: On another side the Hindu terrorist organisations like the RSS and the more powerful Abhinav Bharat, fully supported by the zionist Israel, are attacking Muslims, Christians and Sikhs.
The Maoists operate in villages and Hindu terrorists operate in cities.
But the govt. is not taking any action against either the Maoists or the RSS-Abhinav Bharat leadership — because both are controlled by the 15% ruling Brahminists.
Caught in the cross fire of these two Brahminical counter-revolutionary movements, fully supported by India's Brahminical toilet papers and our super-rich corporate houses, the country's Bahujans (85%) have become helpless, totally impoverished, completely confused.
Rulers hate Truth: This is the prevailing situation today, though no media will speak out the truth. Because speaking out the truth is not in the interest of the micro-minority upper caste ruling class.
What we have said so far sums up the boiling cauldron to which the ruling class of India has pushed the 85% slaves of India.
Jews support Brahmins: For your information the ruling Brahminical people are receiving all their inspiration, support and the tools to tackle the situation from the Jews who control America and the West.
The entire American system, the sole super power of the world, is controlled by its 2% Jews. Barack Obama is a just a slave in the hands of the Jews.
And here, we are controlled by its 2% "Jews of India".
Both are blood brothers and well-known for their destructive capacity.
In spite all these advantages the ruling class in India is in a terrible dilemma. All its trump cards have failed.
Hinduism & Gandhism are same: Their "Hindu Dharma" is buried deep under mountains of corruption. To this day they could not build their "Ram temple". (cheers) Their Karnataka Govt. controlled by the BJP (Brahmana Jati Party) is buying MLAs paying Rs. 50 to 70 crores.
The "Hindu dharma" has become the other word for corruption. Their own party of BJP was defeated in Delhi.
Marxism has failed to attract the poverty-stricken SC/ST/BC and Muslims.
Their gandhism has proved to be nothing but the other side of the Hindu dharma. Both are bogus.
So all the three varieties of experiments which the Brahminists have tried: (1) Hindu Dharma, (2) marxism and (3) gandhism — have failed to attract the Bahujan majority.
That is how the micro minority 15% upper caste rulers are facing such a serious dilemma. Because anything and everything they touch is becoming mud. The rulers are getting extremely worried.
Jews offer magic formula: And at this critical juncture, their blood brother Jews ruling the Western world have come out with a magic solution.
This magic mantra which the Jews tried in America and Europe has achieved considerable success. What is this magic mantra? It is called "money-driven society".
This is the subject of our talk today.
What we were told by our elders, our saints, savants, seers like Dr. Ambedkar, Mahatma Phule, Guru Ravidas, Periyar E.V. Ramaswamy, Sri Narayana Guru etc. was to adopt a value-driven society — based on the principles of justice, truth, compassion, kindness to animals, birds, nature, respect for women and all other weaker sections.
Worship of the rich: We were told to respect the aged, elders, sick and the deprived sections.
Today, the entire process has been reversed — thrown out. It is replaced by the money-driven society.
Every month the newspapers will publish on its front page a list of the country's "richest people".
The Ambanis head the list.
Mukesh Ambani's palatial house, the tallest in Bombay, is pictured on the front pages.
He is praised, paraded and every management course (MBA) student is told to emulate him. Bill Gates, the world's richest man, a Jew, is called our model.
We are also told by our father, mother, teacher, neighbour, relative to make money. Because money brings fame, name, respect, authority. Yes. This is true also.
Ambanis have become our model. Narayana Murthy of Bangalore is another model. Every rich man becomes the leader of the society.
Political leaders are ridiculed. The upper castes are made to hate politicians because being a minority they never get elected.
Humanities dept. closed: So much so all university departments teaching "humanities" subjects are attracting no students. Teachers and even professors have lost respect. If an IAS or IPS officer is honest and doesn't take bribe, even his wife and in-laws will say he is a useless fellow.
If you have a big car, that too foreign-made, you will be called an important man.
You command respect if you live in a posh bungalow.
If you go to the Tirupati temple and offer Rs. 100 crores, that will come on the front page.
Nobody will ask you from where you got the money.
India's rank in corruption: When money brings you respect— not your educational qualifications, academic achievements or intellectual capacity — you feel frustrated and naturally you will be forced to turn to make money.
Making money is the easiest thing. Because in India our whole socio-economic system itself is corrupt. India ranks very high in corruption.
Our judiciary is top to bottom corrupt. So too the politicians, businessmen, education system. Even our Defence forces.
Media is the worst corrupt. Times of India is the leader in this field.
Our Hindu religious leaders are swimming in corruption.
As a newspaperman for the past about 55 years, I have not found a single field which is not corrupt.
Money corruption leads to intellectual corruption.
I have written a book, India's Intellectual Desert, (DSA-1999, Rs. 50) in which I have explained this in detail.
Our university libraries are closing down because nobody goes there. Reading habit itself is dead under this money-driven society which has encouraged luxury, eating, drinking, pleasure-seeking and all unethical behaviour. In Bangalore, there is a big demand for night life.
Death of social science: Cinema is promoting such a money-driven culture.
Our education system with its emphasis on "business management" is killing all our values.
There is no demand for subjects like literature, sociology, history, humanities. If such important subjects like humanities are neglected how can we produce policy-makers? In US, UK and Europe humanity subjects are very popular. But the Brahminical India has killed the humanities. Killing humanities means killing the human being itself. (cheers)
The rush is only to such depts. like medicine, management, IT, engineering, corporate law, fashion designing etc.
Only such courses that help you make money.
Harshad Mehta glorified: And making money is the easiest: if you don't speak the truth and work against justice and universal truth, you can make any amount of money.
And the moment you make money, you command respect and your picture hits the front page of the Times of India.
You can take it from me that nothing will happen to Modi, the Marwari Bania involved in the IPL cricket scandal.
When the notorious Gujarati Bania, Harshad Mehta, caused a crash of 2-3 banks, the Economic Times appointed him as special adviser and published his articles on the front page. (cheers)
Pigs club: All these rogues and rascals, who have made money through illegal means are parading as Rotary Club, Lions Club, Pigs and Donkeys club presidents.
Money-driven society has brought a big boom to Hindu temples. Such a money-driven society is helping the Brahminical temples.
Hinduism promotes corruption: All these neo-rich rascals are running to temples for whom the temple authorities are holding special pujas, giving special blessings of the god and the devotees are paying money to the pujaris in lakhs and crores.
See how the Hindu religion is promoting corruption.
Brahmin temples are growing richer. Corruption is helping the bhoodevatas to grow rich.
Tirupati temple does not know what to do with its enormous funds.
But the country is not growing, the oppressed Bahujans are further squeezed in this mad rush of the money-driven society.
Agriculture devastated: Agriculture is devastated. Nobody is growing food crops. Attention is diverted to cash crops.
Food crisis is becoming a very serious problem. Newspapers and journals sticking to value-driven society are collapsing. Dalit Voice is a victim of this new society.
Universities are re-fashioning themselves.
Kapil Sibal, the Brahmin Union Minister for HRD, is promoting the money-driven society by inviting Western universities to India. That means Indian universities are killed.
In the process, the already rich have grown enormously rich. The poor, meaning the SC/ST/BCs and Muslims have become more poor.
World's most corrupt country: Nature and ecology are devastated. Women are the worst affected by the onslaughts of this society.
India is already hailed as the world's most corrupt country.
United Nations has given the 160th place to India. While China ranks No.2
Every section of the society is corrupted in this storm of the money-driven society.
Kalmadi scandal: Already, India has reached the saturation point as you have recently witnessed in the Kalmadi-scandal in the Commonwealth Games.
Nothing will happen to Kalmadi because he is fully protected by the ruling Brahminists.
Except the Opposition political parties, no Brahminist "intellectual" has so far criticised Kalmadi.
Karnataka's BJP Govt. has crossed all limits of corruption. But no Brahminist intellectual has criticised it.
Stock exchange as temple: All Brahminists are supporters of this money-driven society. The stock exchange is their new temple.
So much so big cities have become bigger and unliveable.
Bombay has become one big slum. Calcutta died 20 years back. Madras became a slum long back. Bangalore is dying fast. Delhi is chaotic.
Only Hyderabad is somewhat untouched because 20% of its population is Muslim.
The country itself is facing very difficult times caught in this chaos created by the money-driven society.
Micro Finance menace: You must have heard of the micro-finance menace created in AP. These sharks led by the Vikram Akulas etc. after finishing the urban poor, are now after the blood of poor women, living in villages.
The govt. itself winked at it. But when their blood-sucking game reached intolerable limits, the govt. and the police had to step in. Many top people will be arrested.
Bangalore's Narayana Murthy has diverted his money to SKS Micro Finance.
Blood sucking: From this you can make out that blood-sucking is reaching critical stages. Big sharks are out to squeeze us.
Yet our people are not getting angry. This is because of the Brahminical religion which injected the poison of ahimsa into our veins.
Every Hindu god is fully armed: arrow, gadha, chakra, talwar, chakra, etc. (cheers)
Yet they call Hinduism as the world's only religion of non-violence. Bullshit. (cheers)
On one side our people are deliberately kept poor and hungry. And on the top of that they are given this Hindu injection to remain peaceful. Ahimsa.
If ever by chance they turn violent, the Brahminical rulers have one of the biggest standing armies, over a dozen para-military forces, police etc. to violently deal with us.
Non-violence for us but violence for rulers. (cheers)
But all this will not last long. Anarchy is setting in. Things are collapsing.
Karnataka has proved that undemocratic, if not anti-democratic, Hindu rule will destroy democracy itself in India.
International developments: In the midst of such a gloomy atmosphere, the only silver lining is the grave developments at the international level which will destroy the Brahminical money-driven society.
Both the Jews and the "Jews of India" are nearing the end of their rule.
So we have hope more in the developments outside India.
And some hope in the oppressed Bahujans losing patience and hitting back.
The subject I have dealt with is a very serious one and also very complicated which cannot be compressed within the time-limit given to me. Yet I have done by level best.

Maratha rule shocks Bahujans

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Maharashtra Brahmins hate the Marathas. They made a monkey out of Shivaji. And yet they use the massive majority ruling Marathas to ride on the rest of the Bahujans of Maharashtra. This is called the Chanakya's divide and rule.
Sonia Gandhi sacked Ashok Chavan as CM of Maharashtra and appointed another Maratha, Prithviraj Chauhan. The Maratha strongman of Maharashtra, Sharad Pawar, heading his own breakway Maratha Party, NCP, also sacked the OBC strongman heading the party, Chaggan Bhujbal, and appointed his nephew, Ajit Pawar, as his party chief who became the Dy. CM.
Caste-based politics: Maharashtra means Maratha and vice versa. Since the birth of Maharashtra, Marathas have been ruling it. What about the Dalits, OBCs, Muslims? India's caste-based politics has no answer to this question.
Maharashtra gave us great revolutionaries: Mahatma Phule (OBC), Dr. Ambedkar (Dalit), the Father of India. But what they said and did are all dead.
Dalit movement in Maharashtra is also dead. The Mahar monopoly drove the other Dalit castes into the arms of Brahminical parties: Shiv Sena, BJP etc.
Bhujbal mistake: Bhujbal is a strong OBC leader but confined to vote politics. Those intoxicated with "vote politics" like Bhujbal cannot understand that the liberation of the oppressed SC/ST/BCs/Muslims is possible only through social and cultural struggle. Not power politics.
Maharashtra Brahmins, led by the Chitpavans, are active in every field. They see to it that no SC/ST/OBC, Muslim leader can come up. They know that Marathas hate Brahmins. But they also know that Marathas hate SC/ST/OBC/Muslim much more. Such a divide and rule policy keeps everybody busy.
The media, education, cinema, commerce and industry — are all concentrated in Bombay — are in the hands of Brahmins and Banias.
Instead of progressing towards an egalitarian path of equal sharing and caring, India is descending down to further consolidation of upper caste rule.

Total failure of India's foreign policy

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: During the Nehru days Brahminic rulers had their bogus pro-Soviet policy because the sham socialism helped the rulers to set up massive public sector units, recruit their jatwalas to all top posts and milk the socialist cow for 30 years. Wonderful. Subsequent PMs gradually started becoming closer to the West. But it was P.V. Narasimha Rao, the notorious Telugu Brahmin who tightly embraced his fellow Jewish state of Israel and collaborated in the demolition of Babri Masjid to declare India as a Hindu Rashtra.
Brahminism has no permanent friend. It has only permanent interests. During the World War-II they hugged Hitler (DV Nov.16, 2010 p.28: "Brahminsts supported Hitler"). There was no stopping. America became the motherland of the Bhoodevatas. The "Khatri Sick PM", the World Bank export, is the principal villain who made India turn into the tail of USA.
Who will believe "Khatri Sick" PM: Today, the same fellow talks of India's "look East policy". Who will believe him?
The people get the govt. they deserve. We know it. Their current policy is to keep the 85% Bahujan natives as poor as possible, hence illiterate and unthinking. Then with the help of their monopoly media tell the world that India is shining, jumping, roaring. Once the noise comes out loud and clear the world outside will believe, when the lie is repeated again and again.
But all thinking people in and outside India know this is a beggar country. And that this bunch of belly-bulging pleasure-seekers can never be trusted. The country is crumbling. Corruption is killing. And nothing is working in India.
"Look East policy": The thinking section among the Brahminists advised the "Khatri Sick" that his foreign policy is failing. And that he must quickly take a right-about-turn. The result is its sham "Look East policy" and his recent rush to all East Asian capitals.
The problem with our "brilliant Brahmins" is they think they alone are smart and brilliant. And the rest are duds. They do not know whatever they touch becomes mud. Who will believe these stupid rulers?
China never trusted India: As this is written India is behaving as the enemy of China at a time when the world's sole super power, USA, is afraid of it. China for all outward purposes may use some nice words but our information is Beijing fully knows the Brahminists hate China. The proof is Brahminists have not so far started going to China on a holiday.
Keeping the hated Dalai Lama as its honoured guest and encouraging the beef-eating Tibetan toughs to attack Chinese embassy is a clear sign of Brahminist hatred of China.
China has strictly controlled the entry of Jews and also the "Jews of India". They have all the information about the deadly tentacles of these two world's most dangerous peoples.
The latest is the failure of India's Afghan policy. They made heavy investment in Afghanistan, wooed its corrupt president Karzai at a time when the US itself was preparing to pack and get out.
Taliban takeover: Once the Taliban takes over Afghanistan, it will get closer to Pakistan and the immediate effect will be on Kashmir — where the Chinese are waiting.
Nor did India succeed in wooing Obama away from Pakistan. His recent visit gave nothing to our rulers.
Brahminists bungled in Kashmir and brought very bad name to the Brahminists.
Nepal, the world's only Hindu country, has turned against India. So also Lanka, Burma, Bangladesh. All the countries around India are closer to China than India which they never trust.
Useless Foreign Minister: The "Khatri Sick" has appointed a Foreign Minister who knows nothing except displaying his foreign-made dress and changing it three times a day.
As long as the "Jews of India" are guided by their cousins in America, India can never think of changing its foreign policy. The "Jews of India" hate China, the emerging super power.
Can a country's internal and external policies be guided by the selfish interests of its less than 15% ruling upper castes — keeping out the interests of over 85% submerged indigenous Indians?

Rahul Gandhi must explain how he will "unite rich & poor"

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: In a huge country like India with a population of 1,300 million, the world's second largest, but ranking 119 in UN Human Development Index, poverty-stricken, illiterate and yet less than 15% upper castes jumping with joy — its rulers are always manufactured, advertised and thrust on the starving billions.
This has been so from the days of Gandhi and Nehru. All the "leaders", cheered and paraded by the 15% upper castes are thrust on our innocent people in a highly manipulated, rigged elections. All this is common knowledge.

MAGIC FORMULA

The Brahminists rule India by adopting a superb magic formula:
Keep the people starved, illiterate, superstitious and caste divided.
Such humans reduced to bones and animal level can be easily managed to surrender and serve the Brahminists injecting a heavy dose of their poisonous religion.
Non-Hindu Muslims and Christians are dubbed anti-national and silenced. That is how even a proven terrorist party like the RSS-BJP gets elected.
When this is the enormous commanding capacity of the less than 15% Brahminists, they can make even a donkey as PM and mislead us saying it is the prize-winning Derby horse. The current "Khatri Sick" PM, the hot favourite of the Jews controlling the World Bank, was sent to India at the behest of the Indian Jews who praised and paraded him as a "great scholar" and "noble man". But this "noble man" can't get elected even to the lowest panchayat. His own Sikhs in Punjab refused even a Rajya Sabha (Upper House) seat from Punjab. Ever heard of a PM who is not even a Lok Sabha member?

ASS CALLED RACE HORSE

This is India. Brahminists can convert a pig into race horse and race horse into a donkey. They have their own monopoly media to mesmerise the people and their obedient 330 million gods to frighten us.
So, with all these many-sided advantages the Brahminists have been ruling this world's second largest country — reducing it into a beggar nation — easily manufacturing "leaders".
The latest "leader" so manufactured is Rahul Gandhi, hand-picked choice of the Brahminists to be imposed on us as PM. But we have no proof of his commitment or even capacity — except the praise of the rulers and their toilet papers.

JEWISH SUPPORT

Why the 15% rulers are interested in Rahul? Will they hoist a leader unless they are fully confirmed that he is committed to their cause? Is there any instance in "independent" Indian history where the rulers committed a mistake on their class-caste vested interests?
We have made a deep study of this ruling upper castes and we have written enough on it. Not a word we have said so far has gone wrong. (Who is Ruling India?, V.T. Rajshekar, DSA-2010, Rs. 30).
Rahul has not merely the support of the "Jews of India" but also their blood brothers, the Jews. Bill Gates, the world's richest man and an American Jew, met him in his UP constituency and had assured him full support (DV Oct.1, 2010 p.14: "Jews & Jews of India conspiring to instal Rahul Gandhi as PM"). What more does Rahul need to be crowned and installed on Delhi throne?

MAKING LAMB SLEEP WITH WOLF

He said the Congress alone can "unite the rich and the poor". Fine. Fortunately he is aware there is an "India of the rich which was progressing and that of the poor which was closed. And they had to be bridged" (TOI Nov.3, 2010).

WHO CAUSED THIS DEEP DIVIDE?

It was the Congress, the original Brahminical party, that was responsible for this division. Gandhi, Nehru, Indira, Rajiv and all other Congress PMs worked to make the rich (read upper castes) more rich and pushed the "lower castes" and religious minorities to their hell hole. How will Rahul unite the two poles and make the wolf and the lamb sleep together? Is it ever possible?

CLASS & CASTE DIVIDE

Unlike other countries where we find only "class divide" (rich and poor), India not only has "class" but the more serious caste divide. Class divide can be broken. But never the caste barrier. There is no precedent in Indian history.
A big majority of the SC/ST/BCs (65%) and Muslim/Christian/Sikhs (20%) is poor, deprived — pushed to slavery. The entire 15% of the upper castes (Brahmana/Kshatriya, Vaishya, shudra), the chaturvarna, constitute the ruling class.
Ever since the Aryan/Brahmins stepped into India not only the two have been poles apart but daggers drawn. The animosity between the two is simply increasing day by day.
How will Rahul unite the two poles? Forget, about uniting, has he got any knowledge of the "million mutinees" raging between the two sections? Has he made any study of the caste system?

DANGEROUS FORCES GROOMING RAHUL

All the Congress leaders had also given the same assurance to "unite the two" but ended up helping the wolf to eat more and more lambs. The wolf grew fatter but the lambs one by one vanished.
The "Khatri Sick" PM is doing the same. That is why the upper caste rulers are praising him. Parading him.
Are not the same forces, the Jews and the "Jews of India" now grooming Rahul?
It is upto Rahul to disclose his formula to "unite the rich and poor" — the class and caste.
The interests of the two are not only different but extremely antagonistic.
Rahul has the duty to explain before the "million mutinees" consume all of us.

Why blame dowry when BSO is not ready to give up Manu?

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Supreme Court has now said what we have been saying all these years: The Indian society is sick. At last the highest court of the land has understood the truth of our repeated criticisms.
New Delhi: Shaken by the large number of women being killed for dowry, the Supreme Court has said Indian society has become sick.
"The hallmark of a healthy society is the respect it shows to women. Indian society has become a sick society. This is evident from the large number of cases coming up in this court in which young women are being killed by their husbands or by their in-laws by pouring kerosene on them and setting them on fire or by hanging/strangulating them", an anguished bench of Justices Markendey Katju and Gyan Sudha Mishra said in a recent judgment. (TOI, Nov.2, 2010).
Both the Supreme Court judges who uttered the supreme truth are Brahmins. And Markanedy Katju is an authority on the Brahmin "sacred scriptures". He knows the Manu Dharma Sastra byheart.
Manu, the MCP: Manu, the MCP, still guides the Brahminical society comprising the mere 15% Indian society. The rest are not so anti-women. Particularly among the SC/ST, women have a higher place.
The court blamed the "commercialisation of our society" as the cause behind dowry deaths.
Here again the Brahmin judges are wrong. It is the Brahminical (15%) upper castes who are the leaders of the money-driven society. If the rest also get commercialised, and contaminated they have done it by learning from their elder brothers.
But is the Brahminical Social Order ready to discard Manu? No. Never. Both the judges know it.

IT industry inefficient

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: The much publicised IT industry has been almost a monopoly of the Brahminical Dwijas. And anything these 15% of the upper castes touch becomes mud.
The city of Bangalore, called the "Silicon Valley of India", started dying after the IT fellows embraced it. But now comes the news from India's top most IT captain, Tata Consultancy, that the Indian IT industry is a dud — if not dunce.
Madras: Despite huge growth, the IT industry is very inefficient as a huge amount spent on development goes waste, a top official of IT solutions provider Tata Consultancy Services said here on Oct.10, 2010.
"The number of technologies hitting the market is countless and users are getting sophisticated. But an important aspect of the IT industry is that it is very inefficient. There is a huge opportunity to invest and increase efficiency in the IT industry", Tata Consultancy Services CEO and Managing Director N. Chandrasekaran said. (Deccan Herald, Oct.15, 2010)
The head of the Jewish (Israel) Hightech Industry Assn., Aron Mankovski, says the IT industry in Israel is involved in innovation and the rest is coding or execution. But in India the ratio is 15% innovation and 85% execution. Israeli IT industry is role model, admits India. But those involved here are duds. (DH Nov.3, 2010).

"Art of Deceiving" bid to subvert China ?

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: The Hindu, India's principal Brahminical daily from Madras, called the "Mount Road Maha Vishnu", published a picture of a notorious Tamil Brahmin, who has made millions and boosted by his tribe, which controls the entire Indian toilet papers.
The picture published in its issue of Oct.27, 2010 shows "Sri Sri" Ravishankar, the latest craze of the leisured class, opening his "Art of Deceiving" centre in revolutionary Beijing on Oct.25, 2010.
Humbug of yoga: What Ravishankar is made famous for is nothing but the good old Brahminical gimmick called yoga which is essentially a deep-breathing technique — but in a closed room.
Some years back, the swami, who controls a multi-million dollar empire in Bangalore and employs hundreds of his jatwalas, sent a Dalit IT engineer to our office to invite our Editor to one of his "intercourse". He told the Dalit brother that he would be too glad to come if the swami said that if he was doing anything more than the centuries-old deep-breathing technique, advertised as yoga.
The one who brought the invitation never came back.
Thousands of such swamis are deceiving the rich upper castes who are too willing to be deceived. But the "Art of Deceiving", much less the yoga, has not so far succeeded in deceiving the Dalits or Muslims.
The latest is the Hindu announcement that the "Art of Deceiving" has reached the capital of revolutionary China. We don't know how far this report and the picture are to be believed. Because this swami is known for many such false claims which their jatwala media are too willing to advertise.
Our question is how China allowed such counter-revolutionaries to enter Beijing? Both the Jews and the "Jews of India" have declared China as their enemy. To this day none of them could infiltrate into China. Are the Jews and the "Jews of India" trying to subvert the revolutionary China by using their "art of deceiving"?

Yoga is a Hindu humbug

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Beware of yoga. It is the other word for hinduising (enslaving) the unthinking fellows. No Muslim country has allowed the infiltration of yoga, which is nothing but deep-breathing — but in a closed, congested room.
China is fully aware of the Brahminical poison. Yoga is barred.
Early morning walk: The Brahminical people are actively assisted by the Jews in the West, particularly the USA, to set up yoga centers and gradually poison the Christian mind. The Vatican, the Roman Catholic headquarters, is fully aware of the tricks of the "Jews of India" who are in league with the Jews.
If you want to do deep breathing take a brisk early morning walk (or even run) which helps you take plenty of pure oxygen that will fill your lung. Your Editor does it daily. But if you fall a prey to the yoga guru humbug you will be huddled inside a closed, congested room and you have to inhale the dirty breath of others. It is advertised as a sure cure to reduce your weight. Nonsense. If you want to reduce your weight the best cure is start running and reduce eating. Simple.
Yoga is a big business in India and abroad. Being expensive it brings a huge income to our enemies besides hinduising (enslaving) the non-Hindu.Don't believe all the cock and bull stories sold by the Brahminical toilet papers saying "yoga will upgrade your efficiency". Nonsense.

Bangalore Dalit officials gesture to DV

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Sidharth Education and Cultural Development Association, Bangalore, an association of the Dalit IAS, IPS, and other officials of the state, presented Rs. 25,000 to the Editor at a dinner meeting here on Oct.30, 2010. Thangaraj, IAS, retired Revenue Secretary to the govt. said the money was collected from among the members to tide over the financial crisis facing DV.
Swatantra Rao, IAS (retd), an old DV life-member, and a dedicated Ambedkarite, said he was collecting life and annual membership for DV. Subhash Bharan, IPS, former Addl. Director General of Police, asked Dalit officers to support DV.
Brother Swatantra Rao had sent a list of 14 Bangalore addresses desiring to be LM. DV and our books were posted on Nov.2 to all but to this day none responded — EDITOR.

A. Raja paid for being Dalit

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Union Telecom Minister A. Raja was forced to resign on corruption charges, despite govt's own affidavit defending the Minister before the Supreme Court, only because he belonged to the "despised" Dalit community. The upper caste lobby campaigned against him and the "Khatri Sick" PM, a great supporter of the lobby, supported it. The TN CM, the "Cut Throat", let down the poor Dalit Minister. When corruption is the sole monopoly of the upper caste rulers, who are never questioned, a poor Dalit was sacrificed.
The ruling class has two yardsticks on corruption — one for their jatwalas and other for the Bahujan enemies.
But, look, how soft they are towards the notorious, proven fraud Kalmadi. The PM had promised his removal once the CWG was over. But he is safe. Because he is a Brahmin. The media entertained us for over a month about Kalmadi's corruption amounting to thousands of crores. But the same Manuwadi media is now silent. Not one upper caste corrupt culprit is punished till this date. Yes, they are the rulers and the rulers will do what they want.
Karnataka CM's corruption has become world famous but the entire Brahminical rulers are fully defending him.

Kerala offers no hope to the oppressed : Nair-Syrian-Brahmin monopoly

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: We congratulate the people of Kerala for defeating the manuwadi marxists in the recent local elections. Between the Left (LDF) and Congress front (UDF) — though both are upper caste and frauds — the latter is closer to the oppressed people. A large number of Dalits, Muslims and even OBCs are with the UDF.
The oppressed Ezhavas who form the state's single largest caste group (25%) go with LDF because of Ezhava Chief Minister Achutanandan. But the Nairs and Brahmins in the LDF hated him and did their best to topple him.

MUSLIMS DIVIDED

It is this very section which was behind persecuting the Muslims who form another 25% of the state population. Both the Popular Front, a mass-based organisation, and Abdul Nasser Madani, now in the Bangalore jail, were being persecuted by the Nair-Brahmin clique. Muslims are strong but divided.
Kerala is undergoing all-round crisis because of the Nair-Brahmin-Syrian Christian micro-minority hold on every party and every wing of the society.
The oppressed Ezhavas can be the leaders of Kerala because of the strength of their population but the pity is they are always manipulated by the three ruling castes. As long as they hold on to CPM, they will continue to be slaves.
The Ezhava intellectuals know the truth but are helpless as the media is controlled by the ruling clique. Kerala offers no hope.

Facts on Kashmir: Is it "integral part of India" or "disputed territory?"

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Kashmir is suddenly hitting headlines in international media provoking serious rebukes from the Amnesty International and all lovers of human rights. DV has always supported the Kashmiri struggle for self-determination, a stand supported by the United Nations and also USA.
But India's micro-minority (2%) Brahminical rulers do not care for the UN, public opinion or even the democratic aspirations of the people — even after killing thousands of Kashmiri Muslims.
The Brahminic heart will never, ever melt. Because it has no heart.

INDIA SURROUNDED BY ENEMIES

The way the BSO is behaving with Dalits, Adivasis, OBCs, Muslim/Christian/Sikhs — over 85% of the Indian population — amply proves it has no heart. That is how these heartless micro-minority creatures have created enemies all around India.

PALESTINE PROBLEM

The BSO argument is the demand for self-determination amounts to secession. Self-determination is a very well-known principle in any democratic discourse. The people have every right to decide what they want. In the case of Kashmir it was called plebiscite which was the demand accepted by the UN.
Kashmir and Palestine are the two oldest and the most serious problems confronting the world. The Kashmiri demand for self-determination is opposed by the "Jews of India" and that of Palestine by the Jews who are occupying the land belonging to the Arabs. In both the places millions of Muslims died fighting for self-determination.

MEANING OF "ACCESSION"

The original inhabitants of India (85%), who are also victims of the same BSO imperialists, have no objection to the Kashmiri demand. Nor have we any objection to the Muslim stand on Babri Masjid or the Sikh demand for self-determination. Nor any legitimate demand of the struggling people.
The then ruler of Kashmir, Maharaja Hari Singh, a Dogra (Hindu), fearing Kashmiri tribal revolt following the partition of India, rushed to Delhi and "acceded" to India — meaning to join his princely state to India.
Kashmir is a Muslim-majority state dominated by the ethnic Kashmiris who were once Brahmins (Pundits).
The word used by the Maharaja was "accession". British India had so many princely states which had full autonomy under the British. Maharaja Hari Singh "acceded" his state to India, meaning before the act of "accession" Kashmir was an independent state like Hyderabad or Mysore.
The Brahminical argument is Kashmir is an "integral part" of India. If so, why should Hari Singh "accede" to India?

NIZAM'S HYDERABAD

Nizam's Hyderabad state refused to "accede" to India but remain independent. The Indian Govt. sent military and forcibly took over the state. This is history.
But in the case of Kashmir no force was used but its Hindu ruler "acceded" to India. That means before the "accession", Kashmir was an independent state under the British. A Muslim state ruled by a Hindu.

IQBAL WAS A BRAHMIN

The Kashmiris, who were once Brahmins (pundits) embraced Islam en masse under Sufi saints. Allama Iqbal's father was one such Brahmin who became Muslim. Nehru's father, Motilal, fled to UP and remained as a Kashmiri Pandit.

DISPUTED TERRITORY

History says Kashmir neither belongs to Pakistan nor India.
The overwhelming demand of the people of the state is to remain as an independent state as it was before India's "independence". The UN gave them the right of self-determination and the UN still maintains its office there proving that it is a "disputed territory".
What the BSO rulers of India say is the series of Assembly and Parliament elections held in Kashmir were nothing but the expression of the free will of the people who voted to stay with India.

NOTHING GROWS EXCEPT APPLE

This argument is not accepted by the UN and the people of Kashmir. Because they say the elections were all rigged. During the George Bush administration the stand of the US Govt. was "Kashmir is a disputed territory". Even now the US stand continues to be the same though it won't say it in public.
Thousands and thousands of Kashmiri youth have been killed by the Indian security forces and brought very bad name to India. Almost half of Indian army is stationed in Kashmir spending so much of our scarce resources.
The BSO takes a pleasure in its barbaric act as it serves a double purpose:
(1) It keeps the Kashmiris terrorised and (2) diverts so much of scarce resources from poor India's coffer so that it can keep the country's SC/ST/BCs and other Bahujans in perpetual poverty.
Nothing grows in Kashmir except the apple. All the food and other needs have to lifted to the Himalayan mountain state at enormous cost to the Indian Govt. The little income the Kashmiris used to earn from tourism is virtually dead because of the violent atmosphere.

CHINESE PRESENCE

Already the Pakistani side of Kashmir has been virtually taken over by the emerging super power China which is modernising the area with airports, rail lines, communication etc. That area is to be shortly linked to Tibet which is already connected by train to Beijing. China is very friendly with Pakistan but Brahminists hate China.

U.S. STAND ON KASHMIR

America, the declining world power, is not ready to support the Indian demand because it knows that Kashmir is a "disputed territory".
The Pundits have mostly migrated to Delhi and their godfather, Nehru, had comfortably accommodated them, offering kushy jobs and abundant lands. The Pundits are now part of the Indian ruling class.
Kashmir is bleeding. Its angry youth have died in thousands since "independence". But the Brahminical heart is not melting. India's toilet papers, also Brahminical, are not publishing the truth on Kashmir. If anybody dares to speak the historical truth, sedition case is filed and finished. So much so the ruling minority Brahmins have managed to create enemies all around India.

NDA attacks PM for "repeated clean chits" to Raja

Unrelenting on its demand for a JPC probe into 2-G Spectrum scam, BJP-led NDA today attacked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for giving "repeated clean chits" to former Telecom Minister A Raja and alleged the government was "scared" of embarrassing truths coming out.
At a press conference, NDA Working Chairman L K Advani attacked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, saying he too should be held responsible in the 2-G spectrum allocation scam.
"The Prime Minister gave repeated clean chits to A Raja, the erstwhile Telecom Minister. He turned a deaf ear to the national hue and cry. Parliament first debated this issue in the Rajya Sabha on July 23, 2009," he said.
He alleged the government was not agreeing to a JPC presumably because it is "scared of embarrassing truths staring it in the face".
"Government is indifferent to the problem of corruption. And if an allegation is likely to reach a high political office, then they become absolutely adamant," he said.
Justifying NDA''s insistence on a JPC probe, the senior BJP leader said had the parliamentary stalemate not taken place, Raja would not have resigned.
Advani insisted that though Public Accounts Committee is an important body, it had a limited mandate and hence a JPC probe was needed. He maintained that his colleague and PAC Chairperson Murli Manohar Joshi had been misquoted in a newspaper report on the issue.
"The width and magnitude of the matter involved in the 2G spectrum allotment case are far beyond the scope of the Public Accounts Committee. The CAG is an internal auditor of the Government. It raises various accounting and auditing issues. The PAC confines itself to para-wise observations of CAG. It cannot go beyond the issues which were before CAG," he said.
He said a large number of these issues are not within the purview of PAC. "Some may overlap with JPC but there is nothing new or extraordinary about the limited overlap between two different parliamentary committees," Advani said.
The NDA Working Chairman also mentioned the alleged role of corporate lobbyists in portfolio allotment.
"The 2-G Spectrum allotment scam involves wide ranging issues. Why was it necessary that the Telecommunication portfolio was to be allotted only to DMK?
Were corporate interests at play that even within DMK that it was to be allotted only to a particular individual to the exclusion of others?" he said.
He also wanted to know if the former Telecom Minister and his associates were in regular touch with corporate lobbyists while formulating the policy for allotment of 2-G Spectrum.
"All these happenings are of a nature which vindicate our stand that government is not serious about corruption," Advani said. .

Why Cong running away from JPC, asks RJD

Unfazed by the drubbing in Bihar assembly elections, Lalu Prasad''s RJD today adopted a combative posture attacking the Centre for its refusal to accept the Opposition''s demand for JPC to probe 2G Spectrum.
It also pilloried Congress MPs'' initiative to forego their daily allowances on days Parliament did not function. The party has four MPs in Lok Sabha and it had declared its support to UPA during government formation.
"This show off of foregoing daily allowances is a big joke played with Parliamentary democracy. This is illogical. What is the definition of work. MPs do not work on the basis of muster rolls," senior RJD leader Raghuvansh Prasad Singh told reporters here.
Party chief Lalu Prasad said "JPC is like mini-Parliament. Why are they (Congress)are running away from JPC. By rejecting the JPC demand, they have proved that they have no faith in the Parliamentary system."
The RJD chief regretted that reports coming in media suggest that this is a government in which even the Prime Minister is not being heard by his ministers. "Reports suggest this is a government in which the PM is not heard. A person of his ministry does not listen to him and did a scam," he said.
Raghuvansh Prasad Singh said that by denying JPC, the government is virtually proving itself guilty. "Why this running away from JPC, when this is also from the same Parliament to which we all belong," he wondered.
Asked about the apprehensions in the government that the sole objective of the Opposition in seeking a JPC probe into the matter is to call Prime Minister Manmohan Singh before the Parliamentary panel, the RJD leader said," If Prime Minister comes before Parliament, what is the harm in going before JPC, which is some sort of a mini-Parliament."
"If JPC can do nothing as being claimed by the government, why are they afraid of constituting it. What is so unnatural about the demand for JPC", he asked.
On the RJD-LJP''s alliance''s crushing defeat in Bihar assembly polls, where RJD could win 22 seats and its ally Ram Vilas Paswan''s LJP only 3, the RJD chief said that the party will assess the reasons in a two-day review meeting Patna.
The meeting which was earlier supposed to be held on December 17 and 18 will now take place on December 21 and 22 in which the party is expected to do a brainstorming on its worst-ever performance in Bihar where it ruled for 15 years.
Prasad, however, refused to accept that his decision to concede 75 seats to LJP was any mistake and described Paswan as "a thorough gentleman" saying there was "no doubt about his commitment". He also defended his decision to induct JD-U rebel and Rajput leader Prabhunath Singh into RJD, which angered party MP Umashankar Singh.
There is a view in the party that the constitution of Mahadalit Commission and Extremely Backward Commission by Nitish Kumar led to a shift of OBC and Dalit votes from both parties. Prasad, however, refused to go into the issues. "I will speak after the party leaders review the issue. I should speak like a responsible leader," he said.

Bhopal will remember its dead and dying - and how

Bhopal can never forget the gas tragedy 26 years ago that made it synonymous with the world's worst industrial disaster. If a torch rally will be a harrowing reminder of the continuing injustice to victims, the tragedy will also be remembered through poetry, street play and felicitation of survivors.
On the night of Dec 2-3, 1984, tonnes of toxic methyl isocyanate (MIC) gas leaked from the Union Carbide plant, killing nearly 3,000 people instantly. It affected more than a lakh in Bhopal that night and, over the years, went on to claim more than 25,000 lives.
And now the city will remember those dead and suffering.
'On Friday, around 20,000 survivors would gather at Yadgare Shahjahani Park and later send a memorandum to the chief justice of India on the injustice being done to them,' Abdul Jabbar, a survivor who runs the Bhopal Gas Peedit Mahila Udhyog Sangathan, told IANS.
'This year, several incidents took place with regard to the gas tragedy, including a long pending court verdict, a fresh group of ministers (GOM) being formed, the US president visiting India, but none could give justice to survivors. In fact, these have further wounded us.'
Five other NGOs led mostly by survivors have also planned events around the anniversary of the tragedy.
'On Wednesday evening we will felicitate survivor-activists who are over 60 years of age, there would be a play by second generation survivors and poetry recitation by local poets,' Satinath Sarangi, of the NGO Bhopal Gas Information and Action, told IANS.
On Thursday, effigies of Union Carbide, Dow Chemical and others would be burnt. In the evening, a torch rally would be carried out by survivors. On Friday, survivors will hold a mass rally and street plays.
'The central government has gone back on its word regarding the setting up of the Empowered Commission on Bhopal. Both in the meeting of the Committee of Secretaries chaired by the prime minister June 3, 2008 and that of the Group of Ministers on Bhopal June 22, 2008, it was decided that a commission with necessary funds and authority for long term medical care and rehabilitation of the survivors and their children would be set up.
'However, in its June 2010 meeting the Group of Ministers on Bhopal chose to ignore this decision,' said Balkrishan Namdeo of the Bhopal Gas Peedit Nirashrit Pension Bhogi Sangarsh Morcha.
Sayed M. Irfan of the Bhopal Gas Peedit Mahila Purush Sangharsh Morcha said: 'We strongly condemn the central government's deliberate neglect of extraditing the authorised representatives of Union Carbide Corporation, US and Union Carbide Eastern, Hong Kong that has now been reincarnated as Union Carbide Asia Pacific Inc and Union Carbide Asia Ltd.
'The government has not taken the tiniest step against these corporations who have been absconding from the criminal case for 18 years. Despite promises made by the Group of Ministers, a fresh request for extradition of prime accused Warren Anderson remains to be sent to the US government.'

Even blind are witness to bribery in India: Bhagwati

Eminent economist Jagdish Bhagwati said Thursday that corruption was so rampant in India that even a blind man could say that bribes were being given and accepted.
'It is easy to exaggerate the corruption we have today. In India, public figures are considered to be corrupt unless they prove to you otherwise. A blind man will tell you how he saw 'with his own eyes' a bribe being given and accepted,' Bhagwati said while delivering the third Hiren Mukerjee Memorial Annual Parliamentary Lecture in the Central Hall of parliament.
He said institutional reforms can reduce the corruption in the country.
'The abolition of the permit raj has eliminated that important source of corruption. But that also means that we have removed from our system the way in which politicians could raise money for their campaigns which, while not as expensive as in America, are still large enough to matter.
'This means that other forms of corrupt ways of raising political funds have proliferated. We need therefore legal ways to raise campaign finance. Americans have done this; we need to do so as well.'
The 76-year-old professor, who was educated at Cambridge and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, narrated an anecdote here.
'A most distinguished Indian bureaucrat once told me that his mother said to him 'I believe you are not corrupt only because you are my son'.'
Bhagwati said India could use science to get at corruption in several areas and praised Nandan Nilekani's project of a national database of identity details of Indian citizens as 'the most important innovative reform in recent year'.
'This should take the political corruption out of the public distribution system and in the employment guarantee scheme, for instance, and will also reduce bureaucratic corruption by bypassing the low-level bureaucrats who refuse to give you what you need unless you grease their palm.'

Omar cautions people against divisive forces

Terming peace as a pre-requisite for resolving issues in Jammu and Kashmir, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today cautioned people against the designs of propagandist elements bent upon driving a wedge in society.
"Propagandist elements are always in search of trivial incidents to make a mountain out of a mole hill for personal gains," he said and called for strengthening the bonds of amity and brotherhood at all levels.
Addressing a large public meeting after inaugurating a hospital at Poonch, the Chief Minister said the best way to address issues in Kashmir was dialogue.
"There is nothing which cannot be discussed and sorted out across the table", he said adding resolution of issues through dialogue is in the manifesto of both NC and Congress, which are partners in power in the state.
Announcing that his government has adopted a two-pronged policy of addressing economic issues administratively and political issues politically, Omar said, "We are working on both the fronts and striving to achieve positive results but peace is a pre-requisite to move forward without any hindrance.
"Unfortunately five months of unrest in the Valley has hampered our endeavours and caused great damage. Most of the schemes got delayed and economic activities received a setback. Now, with the improvement in the situation, both development works and political initiatives have gained momentum", he said.
Describing upgradation of health care facilities as the priority of the state government, Omar said, "While we are upgrading and improving medical facilities at hospitals in Srinagar and Jammu, our endeavour is to strengthen the health infrastructure in rural areas and at district levels.
He asked the youth to change the old mindset and look for jobs not only in the government but also in the private sector.
He also encouraged them to launch self-employment ventures, saying the state government had made the process much easier.
He expressed hope that the Rangarajan Committee appointed by the Prime Minister to look into the unemployment crisis in Jammu and Kashmir will come up with suggestions to help tackle the problem effectively.
He said the DGP has been asked to visit far-flung areas and explore the possibility of on-the-spot recruitment of locals in the Police Department.

India encouraging private sector in defence production

The government is encouraging consortiums and joint ventures to ensure a greater role for the private sector in the defence industry, Minister of State for Defence M.M. Pallam Raju said Thursday.
'We have relied on the public sector in the past but increasingly we want to leverage the capabilities of the private sector,' Raju said in his address to the Defence Communication Seminar here.
He said the steps the government was taking include 'promoting consortium, joint ventures and public private partnership'.
'The ultimate aim is to create indigenous capabilities and achieve the aim of self-reliance in the defence sector,' he said.
He observed that the Indian industry had created a niche for itself 'globally' and was now prepared and poised for greater participation in defence production at home.
On the ambitious Tactical Communication System (TCS) networking project of the Corps of Signals, Raju said after a few delays, the programme 'is well on the way'.
'This project provides the Indian industry an excellent opportunity to seek its share of defence production,' he said, adding that a self-reliant Indian defence information and technology communication industry was critical to meet the Indian armed forces' current and future military requirements.
Speaking on the occasion, Indian Army Chief General V.K. Singh said the armed forces were moving towards network-centricity from platform-based capabilities.
'Networks, whether they are human or electrical, ensure that there is greater amount of synergy between various levels and between the various ingredients of the force,' he said.
