A special note of thanks to Mr. Palash Biswas for so solid and relevant topic regarding not only Nepal, but the SAARC at large and "The Himalayan Voice" for giving an opportunity to listen a very enlightenig, educated version of solutions from an expert about the 'marginalized people" and the idea of Mr. Palash Biswas about "forming a SAARC type of peoples Level International Forum" of the IndigenousPeoplese, Dalits and other Backward communities..." is really worthy consideration and take into account for further discussion. Thank you.

Palash Biswas, one of the editors for Indian Express, a major daily from India, spoke to us from Kolkota and, told he supports the idea of forming SAARC type of 'Peoples' Level International Forum' of the Indigenous Peoples, Dalits and Other Backward communities to advance their rights to social justice and economic development in the entire South Asia.

He also lashed out those 1% people in the government in New Delhi for failure of delivery and creating hosts of problems everywhere in South Asia.
