Court rebuffs move to defer Ayodhya case verdict as Resurgence of Hindutva Terror with Maoist Menace resurrects the VEDIC Age of ASHMEDHA, ETHNIC Cleansing Mercyless. Hindutva Shaffron Global Terror is now the best Tool to Ensure RAM Rajya, the Hindu Rashtra, mistakenly associated with only RSS. The Entire Political Class Irrespective of Idelogy or party Politics, UPA, NDA, Socialist OXides, Gandhian carbides, Marxists, Maoists and even the Co Opted Ambedkarites do velong to the Saffron brigade. The Kashmir Stand offf, Security Concerned Discourse and AFSPA Continuity prove this without any doubt!

The Himalayas is Predestined to Bear with AFSPA as Manusmriti Rule Tries hard to Maintain KASHMIR Stand Off to Sustain Global Hindutva as Brahamin Shiromani Pranab likely to lead all-party team to Kashmir! Congress today decided to send senior ministers Pranab Mukherjee and P Chidambaram as part of an all-party delegation to Jammu and Kashmir next week, apparently to impart greater stature to the visit. The decision was taken at a meeting held by Congress chief Sonia Gandhi with Mukherjee, Chidambaram and other senior leaders like A K Antony, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Prithviraj Chavan and Saifuddin Soz, party sources said.

The All Party Meeting so hyped ended in Security Concerned Discourse as Indian Military Power is NEVER Ready to lose the License to Kill and DESTROY. As the US Peripherry ruled by Indian Incs, Extra Constitutional Corporate Brahaminical Anti National Elements and Washington Slaves remote controlled by Zionist Dynasty as well as ILLUMINITI, well assisted by CIA and Mossad with ACTIVE Military Presence of United States of America, India`s New Find Partner to Kill the Nature, evidently the Himalayas too, and Nature assocaited Aboriginal Indigenous Minority Communities with an agenda of Mass Destruction for the Extraction of Natural Resources in this part of the world. Since United States of America led by Zionist Psyedo Black Muslim Barrack Obama with Global Hindutva in White House and Pentagon having its say as NEVER Before, the Brahaminical Slaves may not DARE to seek whatsoever Solution except the Security Concerned Military One as we have seen this all over the Himalayas, in the Northeast from MANIPUR to Assam, Gorkhaland and Eventually KASHMIR for last SIX Decades.

Thus, the Zionist Hindutva is Engaged more Dying HARD to REINSTATE Hindu Monarchy in Nepal undermining New born People`s Democracy than showing any interest to ENSURE Peace in this Shifted New War zone of America just because being Partner against the Worldwide war against Muslims, in a new Strategic Realliance in US Israel UK lead to Ditch CHINA and the Ultimate Destructive TURMINATOR AVTAR of Indo US Nuclear deal making the South Asia a Free Hunting Ground  for the US War Economy.

They keep the Black Untouchable Starved Diverting National resources and revenue to War, Civil War and Violence,Creating Man Made calamities all on the name of Development, Inclusive growth of the Exclusive Economy of Ethnic Cleansing and finally Promoting Terror and Maoist Menace and Extremism to Justify the State Power`s Military Rule with Zero Intolerance, AFSPA and the Persecution, Repression, Displacement, INDISCRIMINATE Land Acquisition, exodus and Holocaust INFINITE!

It is DONE with Surgical Precision supervised by None other than the notorious Rothschild with nationwide Reality Show of Parliamentary Betrayal, Judicial bias, Administrative Cruelty and Political Social and Economic CO Option in an Excellent Mind Control Set Up thanks to the Pet Toilet Media.

Thus, the Brahamin Churamani, the Master Mind of destruction who heads almost all the Parliamentary committees, takes every Decision for the Rubber stump Sikh Prime Minister, the PARANAB Mukherjee is made a TRANSITIONAL Instrument of Negotiation to Continue the Kashmir Stand OFF as it has been the same cae in Nagaland, Manipur, Assam and Gorkhaland!

Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee is likely to lead the all-party delegation that will visit Jammu and Kashmir on Monday and Tuesday, Congress sources said after a meeting with party president Sonia Gandhi. Home Minister P Chidmabaram will be also in the team, an office-bearer of the All
India Congress Committee (AICC) told IANS.

The meeting took place a day after the party top brass including Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Gandhi reviewed at the meeting of the Congress core group the situation in the state witnessing unrest for the last three months. The delegation will visit the state on Monday.

The decision to send the delegation was taken at an all-party meeting convened by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to discuss the situation in Jammu and Kashmir. Sources said the delegation will be in the state for three days during which it will meet leaders of political parties and various other sections of society.

The delegation will gather various shades of opinion on the current situation in the state and ways to deal with it. "The feedback received from the all-party delegation would form an important input into the Government''s evolving response on various issues relating to Jammu and Kashmir," a statement issued after the all-party meeting said.

This was decided at a meeting of the Congress core committee on Kashmir chaired by Sonia Gandhi on Friday. She reviewed the Kashmir situation and the Congress' approach to the all-party team's visit with senior ministers, including Mukherjee, Chidambaram and Defence Minister A.K. Antony.

Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office Prithviraj Chavan and Saifuddin Soz, who heads Kashmir's Congress unit, also attended the meeting.

The Bharatiya Janata Party will be represented by its general secretary, Arun Jaitley. Senior leader L.K. Advani or party president Nitin Gadkari may be the second member.

The parliamentary affairs ministry will also be asking all political parties and groups represented in parliament to propose one member each for the all-party delegation, an official said.

The delegation will visit the violence-hit Kashmir region Monday and the Jammu region Tuesday, as per the schedule being prepared by the home ministry, a senior official told IANS. The idea is to get a first hand impression of the situation on the ground before taking steps to defuse the volatile situation.

The visit is being facilitated by the home ministry and the Jammu and Kashmir government.

The decision to send the delegation to Jammu and Kashmir was taken at an all-party meeting here Wednesday. Leaders of 39 political parties and groups attended the meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

The Kashmir Valley has been rocked by a cycle of violence, with retaliatory firing by the security forces on stone-pelting mobs resulting in the death of 92 civilians, mosty teenagers and youth, since June 11.

Court rebuffs move to defer Ayodhya case verdict

An effort to defer the judgement in the 60-year-old title suit in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute was on Friday rebuffed by the Allahabad High Court, which will now pronounce its verdict on September 24.

A three-judge Special Bench of the Court rejected a petition (filed by one Ramesh Chandra Tripathi) seeking deferment of the judgement for working out an out-of-court amicable settlement of the issue saying there was no merit in the application.

The Special Bench, comprising Justice S.U. Khan , Justice D.V. Sharma and Justice Sudhir Agarwal, decided to imposed a heavy fine which would be announced later though Justice Agarwal proposed a fine of Rs. 5 lakh.

The judges asked the parties whether they were interested in going for any discussion for a compromise and none of them showed interest. Following this, the court rejected the petition for deferment of the judgement.

Mr. Tripathi, a defendent in the case, had filed the application for making another attempt to reach a solution to the dispute through reconciliation and deferment of the verdict.

Objections were filed on Thursday by Sunni Central Board of Wakf and the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha before the Court against any deferment of the verdict and with Friday’s order they have become infructous.

Brahminists launch Hindu terrorism to establish Ram Rajya with zionist support

A Brahmin journalist in an article in the Deccan Herald, Bangalore (Nov.23, 2009), expressed serious "Hindu fears" that they have "begun to lose faith in the ability of the Indian state to secure rule of law". He was criticising the Maharashtra police for arresting notorious Brahminical terrorists for a series of killings of Muslims.
The arrest was made by the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) chief, Hemant Karkare, also a Maharashtrian Brahmin, since killed in the famous Bombay terrorist attack of Nov. 26, 2008 (read the book, Who Killed Karkare? by S.M. Mushrif, Retd. IG of police, Maharashtra, copies of the book can be had from Dalit Voice office, Rs. 300).
Chitpavan leadership: Both the Maharashtra Govt. and the Union Govt. have been so far mum on the large-scale "Hindu terrorism" because they know those involved in all such heinous crimes that killed hundreds of Muslims (list given below) were mostly Maharashtrian Brahmins, that too the Chitpavan Brahmins. It was a Chitpavan Brahmin Nathuram Godse who killed the "father of the Hindu nation", M.K. Gandhi.
When we inquired with the Maharashtra political leadership, they said the govt. was afraid of the Brahminical backlash — with the media totally in their hands.
What? The mighty govt. itself afraid of the mere 2% Brahminical people when Muslims, the victims of their terrorism, were 15%?
The clout of this class of people can be gauged from the utter helpless of even the Govt. of India though it was fully convinced of the crimes of such Brahmins. Has the govt. got the courage to punish Kalmadi, the notorious thug heading the Commonwealth Games, looting hundreds of crores of rupees?
Abhinav Bharat: Even the Prime Minister defended the fraudster because Kalmadi belonged to Pune, the stronghold of the Chitpavan Brahmins. Who can touch the founders of the Hindu terrorist, RSS, and now the super-RSS called Abhinav Bharat?
It was only the upright police officer, Karkare, who arrested the whole lot of the Brahmin terrorist troupe and put them in the jail. And to get Karkare killed the Bombay Terrorist attack of (2008) was staged. This is the thesis of the upright police officer, S.M. Mushrif, in his book, Who Killed Karkare? (2010, Rs. 300, pp.330, copies available with Dalit Voice) But this book was totally blacked out by the media which often screams about "freedom of the press".
It took several years for the Govt. of India to admit the existence of Brahminical terrorism — though its security arms go out of the way to reel out all sorts of heinous story of crimes against Muslims.
Home Minister's cover-up: Finally the Tamil Chettiar, Home Minister Chidambaram (Aug.25, 2010) vaguely hinted about the existence of "saffron terror". He dare not say it is "Hindu terrorism" — not to speak of Brahminist terrorism.
Why Chidambaram was window dressing the Brahminical terrorism? The fact is the Govt. of India itself is under the mercy of this micro-minority Bhoodevatas who are above the govt. India's political leadership, bureaucrats, security set-up, media and all those who matter in India, stylishly called "opinion-makers", are all Brahminical — representing less than 15% of the upper caste rulers.
This is the problem — and the problem of India. To cover up these facts, the rulers are shouting and screaming about "Islamic terrorism" to divert public opinion with the help of their Brahminical media.
DV has said this many, many times but who cares for our little voice — soon facing extinction leaving the road free for the free-booters.
The Times of India (Aug.26, 2010), India's principal Brahminical daily, reported all the anti-Muslim terrorist cases: Mecca Masjid (Hyderabad, May 18, 2007), Ajmer, (Oct.1, 2007), Malegaon (Maharashtra-Sept.18, 2006); Madasa (Gujarat and the one in Goa.
Super RSS named: All these cases are with the police, but completely controlled by the Intelligence Bureau. In all these cases the police have named the culprit, the Brahminical super RSS, Abhinav Bharat.
There are many more cases but the Brahminist power controlling the police and the Govt. — nay the country itself — are trying to suppress everything. The Times earlier (June 23, 2010) listed the following 11 cases of Hindu terrorism and also said all these are linked to Abhinav Bharat.
Oct.16, 2009: A bomb went of in Margao, Goa, while it was being transported to target site killing two persons carrying the bomb. NIA charge-sheeted 11 people, members of the Hindu right wing group, Sanatan Sanstha.
April 4, 2009: A bomb planted in a Beed mosque went off. Ashok Lande (21), Mayur Lande (20) and Tulsidas (Lande 17), arrested for making and planting bomb.
Sept.29, 2008: RDX bomb blast in Malegaon. Six killed, 101 injured. Eleven members of Abhinav Bharat and Vande Mataram Jan Kalyan Samiti arrested.
Aug.24, 2008: Two Bajrang Dal members, Rajiv alias Piyush Mishra and Bhupinder Singh, killed inside a hostel room while making a bomb in Kanpur, UP.
March 2008: A bomb went off at a Panvel cinema. Six persons, two of then Sanatan Sanstha members, arrested.
June 4, 2008: Six persons, two of them Sanatan sanstha members, arrested for planting a bomb at Thane's Gadkari Rangayatan.
Oct.11, 2007: Blast at Ajmer shrine. Three killed.
May 18, 2007: Mecca Masjid blast in Hyderabad. Nine killed, more than 58 injured. Two RSS members arrested.
2006: Dr. Hemant Chalke and Mangesh Nikam involved in Ratnagiri blast.
Aug.2004: Two Bajrang Dal members threw a bomb at Jalna's Qadriya mosque during Friday prayers. Four Bajrang Dal members arrested.
Aug.27, 2004: Bomb blast at Porna's Madrassa Meraj-ul-Uloom. Four Bajrang Dal members were arrested.
It is very difficult to get at the truth in India — that too when Brahminists are the perpetrators of the crime.
Lt. Col. Purohit as chief villain: Who are the top criminals involved in the series of killings of Muslims? The Times (Jan.23, 2009) gave their names and their detailed descriptions and background. Topping the list is the arch villain, the Pune Chitpavan Brahmin, Lt. Col. Prasad Shrikant Purohit (37), who is a serving army officer — still not dismissed despite the tons of crimes he committed.
We are reproducing the above Times report because all other Brahminical "national" toilet papers suppressed all the facts as their favourite jatwalas are involved.
No courage to prosecute culprits: A dozen of the Brahminist "terrorists" are arrested. Earlier, they were in Bombay's Arthur Rd. Jail but later transferred to Nasik. Startling facts of their crimes have been revealed but the govt. has no courage to punish them — though several years have passed.
Look at the strength and influence of this micro-minority 2% Brahminical people.
Reports say Col. Purohit secured RDX explosives from the Army itself. That means he has a large number of jatwala sympathisers at the top level in the Army. RDX is available only with the military. He travelled to the world's sole arch- racist state of Israel which gladly gave him lavish response because he represented the "Jews of India". Funds, arms and ammunitions were given in plenty.
Jews & "Jews of India": How accurate is the DV theory that the Jews and the "Jews of India" are brothers. Can we get a better proof than this axis of two killer gangs? In the Malegaon case, the police disclosed the involvement of Himani Savarkar, niece of the notorious Chitpavan Brahmin, Nathuram Godse, who killed Gandhi, and daughter-in-law of Narayan Savarkar, the brother of the so-called Veer Savarkar. The "Brahminical terrorism" is so all-powerful that the police have no courage to disclose anything about Himani.
Who killed Karkare?: The entire credit for catching all these criminals parading as Hindu heroes, goes to Hemant Karkare, ATS chief. That is why he was mysteriously shot dead in the Bombay terrorist attack. Again everything was hushed up. Why? Mushrif has answered the question.
RSS surrender to AB: Reports said the widow of Karkare was offered Rs. 1 crore by the Brahminical criminals who plotted the Karkare murder so that she would keep her mouth shut. The Abhinav Bharat (AB) has become more powerful than the hydra-headed RSS serpent. It has now branches all over India. There were reports that it would finish off the RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, also a Chitpavan Brahmin, if he were to go against the AB dictates. The RSS has simply surrendered to AB. The famous Ram Sene headed by Pramod Mutalik, which created havoc in Karnataka and made the ruling Brahmana Jati Party (BJP) so unpopular even among the upper castes, is part of the AB. RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) has been simply silenced and dwarfed.
Brahmins losing faith in Indian state: Coming back to the subject of Deccan Herald article that "Hindus are losing faith in the Indian state", we are at a loss to understand how the very ruling class lording over India and its 1,300 million population for thousands of years is "losing faith in the Indian state". Every Prime Minister, whoever he is or whichever party he belongs, is a puppet in their hands. They not only run the govt., control its finances but govern the country's very value system.
Not one person in India, not even its PM, has the courage to criticise this ruling class. And yet the rulers are "losing faith in the Indian state". What is the meaning of this?
Wanted: rule of Manu: We met some hard-core Brahmins and sought their reaction to the DH article. They frankly confessed that they would not be happy until they established the Brahminical dictatorship over the Aryavarta as envisaged in the Manu Dharma Sastra.
What they mean is they want the existing Indian constitution be scrapped, and replaced by the constitution propounded by their jatwala Manu. (photocopies of Manu's law available with DV, RS. 450).
They want the existing legislature, judiciary and even the executive scrapped and all "religious minorities" made to live at their mercy. They want India to go back to the Vedic Age under the dictatorship of the Bhoodevatas. Such an ideal setup would pave the way to the Ram Rajya in which their favourite god Ram threw his loving wife, Sita, to the forest and allowed her to die. This is Ram Rajya.
Full support from Israel: They said they hated the SC/ST reservations, and the OBCs creating all the nuisance, the courts constantly coming in the way of Hindu temples amassing all the wealth. Their hatred is mainly directed against the Muslims and Christians who are already living under the Brahminical mercy. Even this "little freedom" given only on paper must be scrapped.
Full hope in Israel: We asked them how they would establish the Ram Rajya when their own favourite Brahmana Jati Party (BJP) was defeated. They said the Congress proved to be a better Brahminical party.
But their main hope today was in the zionist state of Israel — the world's only exclusive racist state. Israel has offered them all-out support to establish their dream state of Ram Rajya in India. But the point is Israel has not succeeded in ousting the Muslim Palestinians from their dream state. Israel is already hated by a major portion of the world. With the defeat of US in Iraq and Afghanistan, the rise of China as a super power and Iran becoming a nuclear power, where is the chance for Israel to rise?
Waiting for World War-III: The Brahminists reply is all this will be achieved once the World War-III begins paving the way for the establishment of Zionist state in Israel and the "Jews of India" establishing their racist Ram Rajya. Wonderful.
Look, where it is all leading to. Hate creating more hate and devouring its own creators: the Jews and the "Jews of India". Those days are nearing.

KARKARE WAS INDIA'S FIRST BRAHMIN POLICE OFFICER TO EXPOSE THE UNHOLY ALLIANCE

Hindu terrorist-IB axis to fight SC/ST/BC/Muslims

MS. NOOTAN MALVI, "BAHUJAN SANGHARSH", NAGPUR- 440 022
The famous book, Who Killed Karkare (Marathi edition), by S.M. Mushrif, retd. Inspector-General Police, Maharashtra, was released at Wardha on June 20. A special issue of our Marathi journal Bahujan Sangharsh was also released.
The chief guests were S.M. Mushrif, Baban Nakhale, Dr. Siddharth Butale, Girish Wadatkar. Nagesh Chaudhari, our Editor, presided. Mushrif the author of the book which has gone into several editions and translated to almost every Indian language, said he was ready to be an activist to fight Brahminism and dedicate himself to the service of Shahu Maharaj, Jyotiba Phule, Babasaheb Ambedkar. RSS worked for the exploitation of Bahujans. Karkare was not killed by "Muslim terrorists" as alleged but "Hindu terrorists". Karkare, though a Brahmin, the only mistake he committed was he became the follower of truth, he said.
But Karkare helped producing us all the secrets of Hindu terrorist, RSS, its new avatar, Abhinav Bharat, and particularly the IB which aided and abetted the Hindu terrorists because they helped fight Muslims, Dalits, Christians, OBCs, better than the govt. The Hindu terrorists had tons of money and secured weapons and other support from the zionist-racist state of Israel.
Mushrif thanked Karkare for showing the other (secret) face of 26/11 Bombay explosion. Malegaon, Nanded, Hyderabad etc. Mushrif said the head of the IB was always selected by the RSS . Raghuvanshi was appointed to succeed Karkare within few hours of the death of the latter.
Mushrif said he was ready to have a debate with govt. authorities on the heinous crimes of Hindu terrorist-IB axis.
Nagesh Choudhari said Karkare was India's first Brahmin who openly and courageously fought both the Hindu terrorist (RSS-AB) and the IB and died for a great cause. Dr. Ambedkar, Shahu Maharaj, Phule, Periyar etc. also died for the same cause. Brahminists killed Karkare because he was the enemy of Brahminism. Though Karkare was a Brahmin, Brahminists hated such people. Brahminism was against Dalits and OBCs. But the problem is Dalit/OBCs do not know this.
The Hindu terrorists attack only Muslims by using OBCs as their fighting force. Bahujans must understand this Hindu terrorist strategies. Brahminism is nothing but terrorism. The Indian media is actively supporting the Hindu terrorists. Muslims are not terrorists but are the main target of Brahminism. These Puraniks, Pradnya Thakurs, Pandeys are the kingpin of terror. BCs, Muslims, Dalits, Adivasis are all blood-brothers. But the Hindu terrorists keep us divided, he said.

BRAHMINS INSTIGATE JAT-DALIT HATRED

Impoverished Punjab now gets caste divided

BALDEV SINGH, 853-ATMA SINGH URBAN ESTATE, KAPURTHALA - 144 601
Bengal and Punjab have undergone massive demographic changes during 1947, after the partition of British India into two countries. Hindus and Sikhs who had more property and rich farm lands were hounded out of Pakistan and Muslims were also similarly kicked out from "secular India".
Partition was prompted by the fact that Hindus thought that they were inherent rulers of India after the British left but the Muslims thought they had conquered and ruled India for centuries and hence they were its legitimate rulers.

MUSLIM FEAR COMES TRUE

Such conflicting perceptions took roots due to the fact that the method of governance had changed following the British rule. So once the British left, India would naturally opt for a "democracy" form of govt. with one man, one vote.
The "Hindus" having heavily outnumbered the Muslims would naturally become the rulers.
There were about 1 lakh British nationals (Gora sahib) as rulers of the Indian subcontinent. When the Mughals and Pathans etc. conquered India they were much less in number. But they preferred to settle down here. When the Sikhs ruled under Ranjit Singh they were still less compared to Muslims and Hindus.
The 1937 elections under the Act of 1935 proved that Muslim fears were coming true. The Hindu party (Congress) swept the elections and formed the govt. without including Muslim representatives. It was this sinister behaviour prompted Muslims to declare their goal of Pakistan in 1940 at Lahore.

CONGRESS AS SUPER BRAHMIN PARTY

The Hindu leaders also declared that the Congress was a Hindu party but not secular as claimed by it earlier. The cat was out of the bag. The Congress proved to be Brahminical with a thin sugar-coating of secularism, socialism etc. In this Brahminical Congress OBCs and Dalits had no prominent role. Even minorities like Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Budhists, Jains etc. were represented by Brahminical stooges.
Among the Dalits it was only Dr. B.R. Ambedkar who realised the danger. After him it was Kanshi Ram, a Dalit-Sikh from Punjab, who formed his party (Bahujan Samaj).
Alas today his party has disappointed the Bahujans by compromising with Brahmins.
Demolition of Babri Masjid, when a Brahmin Narasimha Rao was the Congress PM, further proved Muslim fears that India would become a "Hindu Rashtra" and the Congress a Hindu party. Muslims got further alienated from the Congress party and Dalits gradually went under Kanshi Ram. This was the beginning of the end of single -party rule over Delhi and many states.

TARA SINGH'S ANTI-MUSLIM CRIME

Particularly after the Pakistan resolution (1940) at Lahore, Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs started thinking of shifting from their centuries-old residence.
But an incident forced them to run for their precious life, forgetting even their property. This situation was provoked by the Sikh (Akali) leader Master Tara Singh.
On March 3, 1947, he stood before the Punjab Assembly at Lahore and unsheathed his kirpan (3 feet long), uprooted the Muslim League flag and tore it to pieces and shouted "Pakistan Murdabad". Muslim League leaders were watching him.

MUSLIMS FORCED OUT OF PUNJAB

Muslims were shocked to learn the Sikhs were against Pakistan and their leader was playing into the Congress (Hindu) hands. This provoked Muslims to kill Sikhs at Rawalpindi, home district of Master Tara Singh. The killings spread to other areas of the Punjab. This immature, if not stupid, act of the Sikh leader seriously damaged Sikhs living in far flung areas where they were hardly 4-5% of total Muslim population. But Master Tara Singh's stupidity was praised by most of the Congress leaders.
Most of the upper castes (Hindus) migrated to cities in Punjab and Delhi, but few went over to Bombay, Calcutta and other cities as refugees. Most of the Jat Sikhs and other cultivator-castes got lands evacuated by Muslim cultivators in (Indian) Punjab itself.
Muslims were also forced out of the Indian Punjab to Pakistan by the Sikhs and Hindus here. So both the Punjabs (of India and Pakistan) had to go through massive migration, resulting in big demographic changes. In the Indian Punjab the Muslim population became extinct, except in the princely Muslim state of Malerkotla. That is how the Sikh population increased substantially but still not in majority, in East Punjab.

DEMOGRAPHIC PICTURE

According to the 1931 census, the Sikhs were 66% Jats, 12% Dalits, 8% Ramghria Tarkhans, 5% Aroras, 3% Sainis, 2% Khatris, 2% Kambojs and the rest 2% Ahluwalia Kalals, Brahmins, Rajputs, Lubana etc. Most of were in East Punjab. Only the Khatri/Aroras, who were highly literate and businessmen and in services, were in cities of Punjab, Delhi etc. The rest were involved in agriculture and village-dwellers.
Hindus were mostly Khatri/Arora/Brahmin who had migrated from Pak Punjab. They also preferred to settle down in cities of Punjab, Delhi, Bombay etc. They were highly educated and enterprising.
In the Malwa area of Punjab business was in the hands of local Banias/Marwaris and few Hindu Arora but not with Sikhs. The Raja of Faridkot did try to induct Sikhs but could not succeed.

SIKH -MAJORITY STATE

Mass migration of Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs during the partition had changed the demographic map of both Indian and Pakistani Punjab. In the Indian Punjab (1966) there were three important major segments of population:
(1) Jat Sikhs: 35% of the total Punjab population concentrated in villages. (2) Dalits about 28%. (3) Upper castes 23%: Brahmins, Khatris/Aroras, Banias, Rajputs etc. All educated, rich and influential.
Other smaller castes are: 4% Ramgharia Tarkhans, 2% Sainis, 2% Kambojs, 2% Khatri/Arora and the remaining 4% consists of Ahluwalia Kalal Lubans, Hindu Jats, Bishnois, migrants from UP, Bihar and other states.
Religion-wise they are 59% Sikhs, 39% Hindus and the rest 2% Muslims, Christians etc.
Before 1947, Sikhs were not in majority in any district of composite Punjab but now they became majority. Jats concentrated in villages, Hindus in cities and Dalits scattered all over Punjab as a working class.

JAT-DALIT JOINT FRONT

The Indian law "forbids" seeking votes in the name of religion. So voting on religious basis is illegal. But one can seek votes on the basis of caste and religion. So people vote for their caste and regional candidates. So caste-based and religion-based parties came up.
Punjab today has three important major segments of voters: Jat Sikhs, Dalits and Hindus. No single segment can come to power on its own.
Of the three, two joined hands. In the 1989 Parliament elections Akalis joined hands with BSP and won all the seats including that of Kanshi Ram, BSP founder.
This was a combination of Jats and Dalits. Earlier, the Congress was bagging Dalit votes plus Hindu votes and few Jat votes also. And the Hindus ruled.

DALITS WORST SUFFERERS

In 1967, the first non-Congress govt. was formed with the alliance of Akalis (Jats), Jan Sangh (Hindus) plus communists. In 2007, again it was the Akalis (Jats) plus BJP (Hindus) combine that gained power. Communists were eliminated. Whenever the Congress came to power it was always Hindus plus Dalits plus few Jat votes. But ever since BJP alliance came to power in Delhi, Hindus voted for the Akali-BJP alliance. The Congress vote bank has shrunk in recent years.
The worst sufferers in recent elections are the Dalits.

DALITS ARE LEADERLESS

Neither the Congress nor the Akalis bothered about Dalit votes. On their own Dalits cannot win despite a big voting strength. Their leaders have not played their cards well.
Jat Sikhs also may not be able to throw up a good leader after the exit of Prakash Singh Badal. That is why BJP is trying to woo the Jat votes. Their Hanuman for this purpose is Navjot Singh Sidhu.
Congress may also seek Jat votes through Capt. Amrinder Singh or Jagmit Brar. The only sufferers are Dalits being leaderless in Punjab. OBC leaders always go with upper castes but not Dalits.
Jats of Punjab also prefer to join with upper castes (Hindus). After being rulers in Punjab, the Sikhs think they are also upper caste. Hindus are liked but a Jat girl marrying a Dalit boy is not accepted.
So any alliance of two segments out of three will ensure victory. This is my tip for future rulers of Punjab.

Punjab can be saved from Brahminical pests if Jats & Dalits join hands

Brother Baldev Singh, our good old DV life member, with whom we recently had long talks in Delhi, is a rare exception to the recent transformation of Jat Sikhs — rushing to embrace upper castes (Hindus) their traditional oppressors. Though Sikhism was born as a protest against Brahminism — country's principal enemy — and founded by Guru Nanak to liberate the victims of Brahminism, the Sikhs gradually started softening towards their oppressors.

Guru Granth perversion

During the Brahmana Jati Party (BJP) rule under A.B. Vajpayee they were offered thousands of crores for their Sikh tercentenary celebrations, a portion of it the Sikh (Akalis) ruling party gave it to the Hindu terrorist party, RSS, with pleasure. Not only that. The Jat Sikhs did not resent the Brahminical perversion of their holy scripture, the Guru Granth.
Even when Dalit Voice gave a call to the Jat Sikhs to burn the Dasam Granth, many Jat Sikhs met us at Chandigarh cautioning against such a call. (DV Feb.16, 2005 p.5: "Dalits must burn Dasam Granth to save Sikhs from Brahminism").
Unconfirmed reports say the Brahmins, once ousted from the Golden Temple, Amritsar, are back on the job.
The Brahminical enemy is gradually eating into the Jat Sikh religious stronghold and also quietly instigating them against Dalits and Dalit Sikhs who together form the third largest segment of Punjab

Vienna murder

The Brahminical evil genius finally succeeded in bringing about a total rupture by master-minding the murder of a Dalit saint at Vienna in May 2009. (DV June 16, 2009 p.5: "DV stands by Ballan saints"). The Brahminists managed the Vienna killing with the help of the RAW, according to informed sources. Even as the Jat Sikhs got alienated from the Dalits, the Brahminists quickly got closer to Dalits pouring petrol on the burning Dalit hatred of Jat Sikhs.

Arya Samaj mischief

At the same time the Brahminists — the enemy No.1 of both the communities — remained close to Dalits as well as Jats. Brahminical mischief in Punjab is as old as Dayananda Saraswati who poisoned the Sikh minds through his notorious Arya Samaj.
As of today the Dalits and Jat Sikhs remain daggers drawn with no scope for reconciliation.

Dalits launch Ravidas religion

The break became total when the Dalit Sikhs rejected the Guru Granth and announced launching of their own "Ravidas religion" and a holy text as a counter to Sikh religion.
Brother Baldev Singh has said how Kanshi Ram, a Dalit Sikh, forged a workable Jat-Sikh-Dalit alliance in Punjab. He also says such an alliance is still possible and desirable. Anticipating such a danger, the Brahminist enemy oppressor staged the Vienna assassination.
After this murder, there were violent clashes between the two — with the Brahminists fanning the flames of hate on both sides. The Brahminist fear is because both the sections have identified the Brahmin as their only oppressor, they decided to break this alliance and the Vienna assassination served the purpose.

Sikhs forget Editor's services

Some Jat Sikhs even criticised us saying we have gone against the Jats by supporting the Dalits. The Sikhs have forgotten the fact that we were the first and the only Dalit in the country to support Sant Bhindranwale's war against Brahminism, denouncing the "Blue Star" Brahminical barbarity and the heroic deeds of Brave Beant Singh who avenged the killing of the thousands of innocent Sikhs in "Blue Star".

DV Editor's arrest & "Punjab jail yatra"

It was our Editorial in Dalit Voice philosophically analysing the assassination of Indira Gandhi that led to our arrest (1986) and lodging us in Chandigarh jail. In our unpublished book, Chandigarh Jail Yatra, we have narrated the story of our arrest under the Terrorist Act. We were India's first Dalit to be arrested under the Terrorist Act for supporting the Jat Sikh struggle for self-determination. At that time the Sikhs in thousands hailed us. Brother Jagjit Singh, the famous author of the Sikh Revolution, used to daily sit outside the Chandigarh jail and shed the tears whole day.
Hundreds of Sikhs became DV subscribers and we started the Punjabi DV (which had good circulation) edited by Sister Kuldip Kaur Sidhu of Delhi, also a brave Jat Sikh.

Bid to keep Jats-Dalits divided

All these are part of history but unfortunately under the more powerful Brahminist influence, the Jat Sikhs were made to forget our services – though famous Jat-Sikh writers like late Jagjit Singh, author of the fantastic book, Sikh Revolution (1998-reprint, pp.600, photocopies available with DV) and late Kapur Singh ICS (retd.) and Brother Gurtej Singh, IAS (retd.), the late Maj-Gen Narinder Singh and Sister Dr. K.K. Sudhu accepted us as their faithful brother. Public memory may be short but historic facts are there to verify all these.
All these are now forgotten and washed out in the Brahminical ballistic. Jat Sikhs are made to fight Dalits and vice-versa. And enough stooges have been financed and groomed to keep the burning flame alive so that the two enemies of Brahminism will never-ever join hands.

Agriculture devastated

This is the scene in Punjab today which is facing total economic ruin because of the devastation faced in agriculture sector. We have written on this so much. But alas ours is the lone-voice of sanity amid the storm of stupidity engineered by powerful Brahminical forces.
Like Brother Baldev Singh we are the lone, weak voice of sanity. Brahminist strategy is not only spurious but passed on as genuine by the Brahminical toilet papers.

Editor ready to visIt Punjab

In the light of these developments the only appeal we can make is to saner elements among Dalits and Jat Sikhs to remember the past, respect the history and tread the path shown by Guru Ravidas and Guru Gobind Singh, the born enemies of Brahminism, and strive for the unity of the two communities to save Punjab and India from its centuries-old saitans who destroyed this country.
Even in this hostile waters full of crocodiles, we are ready to come to Punjab and meet both Jats and Dalits so that justice and truth prevails and Punjab is saved from the pindaries — EDITOR.

Air services to Kashmir Valley resume

Flights to and from Srinagar resumed today after remaining suspended for three days as the international airport here was handed over to civil aviation authorities following completion of runway resurfacing work. "The air traffic has resumed today and flights are landing almost as per schedule," officials of the Airport Authority of India said.
In view of the strict curfew being implemented here, authorities have directed security forces to treat the air tickets as curfew passes for passengers flying in and out of the Valley. To ensure hassle-free travel for the passengers, the authorities had asked them to report to Tourist Reception Centre (TRC) in the city and not to head to the airport directly.
The Srinagar airport was closed for resurfacing, repair and upgradation on September three and subsequently the air traffic was diverted to Awantipora airbase, 32km from here. However, the government suspended the air operations for three days from the airbase beginning Tuesday following complaints that airlines were cancelling flights randomly without intimating the passengers.
Airlines officials had cited the prevailing law and order situation in the Valley as the reason for flight cancellations. The repair and upgradation of Srinagar International Airport were earlier slated to be taken up in May but rescheduled due to the summer tourist season, an official spokesman said, adding accordingly, it was decided to take up the work only from September three.
He said Chief Minister Omar Abdullah had taken up the matter with Defence Minister A K Antony and Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel for operationalising Awantipora airbase from September three so that the people did not face any kind of inconvenience during the holy month of Ramzan and the Eid-ul-Fitr festival.

Respect court verdict on Ayodhya, say clerics

TNN, Sep 17, 2010, 12.39am IST

LUCKNOW: Clerics and Islamic institutions on Thursday appealed to the masses to respect the court verdict with regards to the Ayodhya title suit slated to be delivered on September 24 and maintain peace at all costs. Special prayers are also slated to be offered during the Friday (afternoon) namaaz at various mosques across the state.

Top Shia and Sunni clerics in Lucknow on Thursday appealed to the people to be cautious of the mischief-mongers and trouble makers who may try to vitiate the atmosphere and peace of the city in particular and the nation in general. People should not get carried away by rumours of violence or communal clashes and exercise restrain to ensure that no untoward incident took place after the verdict.

Meanwhile, reports from Saharanpur quoting the deputy vice-chancellor of the top seminary Darul-Uloom, Deoband, Maulana Abdul Khalique Madrasi, said that the institution top brass had called upon the people to respect the court verdict as a law-abiding citizen of the country. The appeal was issued by the seminary in response to a query on the institutions stance on the issue.

"We must be careful of the handful of those who may try to cash in on the opportunity by hitting at the religious sentiments of both the communities. We should be clear about the fact that violence can be no solution at all to such issues. As hardcore Indians, Muslims here have full faith in the judiciary and must uphold this spirit to counter all attempts to create any crises at this front," said naib Imam, Eidgah Aishbagh, Maulana Khalid Rasheed Firangi Mahali.

Talking to TOI on Thursday, Maulana Khalid Rasheed said that the Muslims had made a special mention of upkeeping peace during the special prayers offered on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitra on September 11. "We will again offer prayers after the Friday namaaz seeking the Almighty's blessings to help contain any crisis that may arise after the verdict if at all.

Shia cleric Maulana Kalbe Jawwad cautioned the people to watch out for those desperate to trigger violence in the wake of Ayodhya title suit verdict to feed their vested interests. "Jihad is not about killing people but saving them instead. One must remain cautious of any attempts to disturb the peace in the name of religion or community," the Shia cleric said.

Kalki Peethadhishwar Acharya Pramod Krishna, who was in the state capital to attend a function on communal harmony, said that Ganesh Chaturthi and Eid that were celebrated on the same day only certified the belief that we are one and hence there was no scope of fiction.

PM must grab chance to settle Ayodhya issue, says Katiyar

TNN, Sep 16, 2010, 04.49am IST

LUCKNOW: Lauding Allahabad High Court's move for an amicable settlement of Ayodhya dispute, BJP vice-president Vinay Katiyar demanded urgent intervention from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to sort out the tangle out of court. Addressing the media on Wednesday, Katiyar said that Singh must use the opportunity which had been offered practically on the platter and come up with a formula acceptable to both the parties to the dispute. Refusing to elaborate upon the issue, Katiyar said that he would leave the detailing to the PM instead.

Rubbishing demands raised by a section of the BJP that the temple issue could be worked out by political consens us -- a law passed by parliament -- Katiyar said that the Congress party did not enjoy majority in the house. Therefore, hoping for a law would be over-expecting. "The only hope lies in mediation," Katiyar declared, adding "and Dr Singh must act with alacrity and grab the opportunity."

Such attempts were made by former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in the past, claimed Katiyar. "Since his was a minority government as well, Vajpayee had tried to work out a compromise formula and the bid was getting good response. However, he had to scuttle the move due to some internal problems," Katiyar said. He was also all praise for former PM Narsimha Rao. "He too wanted a Ram temple at the same site but other PMs including Gujral and Deve Gowda were of no help to the movement, nor were Chandra Shekhar and VP Singh," Katiyar said.

As things stand today a middle path adopted by both parties could be the only solution to the problem, Katiyar said, adding "Ram temple is an issue of faith for millions of Hindus all over the world and law has hardly ever provided a lasting solution to such things."

"Then Muslims did not oppose the move to construct Somnath temple during Nehru era, so why should they decry the move to raise a Ram temple in Ayodhya," he went on to ask. "It's time the Centre stopped attempts to gag and smother majority community and showed some respect for their sentiments," he added.

The leader also slammed the Mayawati government for `raising the bogey of the coming high court verdict'. By terrorising the masses over the issue, Mayawati is acting like Mulayam Singh Yadav who had also turned the state into a fortress in the past, he said.

Katiyar questioned "Centre's attempts to clip the wings of Indian army in Kashmir". It was a mystery why did the desecration of holy Quran in US did not lead to any reaction in Gulf countries or Pakistan but the issue turned Kashmiris so hostile, he demanded to know. The agitators obviously sponsored by Pakistan, needed to be treated firmly and not mollycoddled, he said.

Plea to settle Ayodhya amicably opposed

Ravi Singh Sisodiya, TNN, Sep 17, 2010, 05.24am IST

LUCKNOW: Hopes of an amicable settlement of the Ayodhya dispute were dashed when three contestants from both the sides rejected the Allahabad High Court's proposal saying it was too late to settle the issue out of court.

The objections were filed on Thursday, a day before the special three-judge bench was to meet the contesting parties for a possible rapprochement.

"The core issue of Ayodhya dispute can't be decided through dialogue. The attempt by an applicant seeking intervention of the high court to direct the contesting parties to sit for talks and reach an amicable settlement is sponsored by vested interests. It's too late now and the court alone can decide on the 60-year-long battle for the title of the disputed site," said Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, Sunni Central Waqf Board and an Ayodhya resident, Haji Mahmood Ahmad, in one voice.

The objections were in response to an application by another defendant in the title suit, one Ramesh Chandra Tripathi, requesting for mutual settlement of the dispute. The Mahasabha stressed, "There can't be any settlement on the question of Sri Ram Janmabhoomi and it can't be negotiated as Hindus will not get any other place like Janmabhoomi, the birth place of Lord Ram." The Mahasabha said, "It's strange that on account of fear of violence, the court is requested (by the applicant) not to pronounce the judgment on September 24," and added that the responsibility of tackling the situation rested with the Central and state governments. Sunni Central Waqf Board and Haji Ahmad also stressed that the application for compromise was by proxy and efforts were being made to get the judgment deferred.

Hurriyat withdraws plans to stage protest march

Hardline faction of Hurriyat Conference headed by Syed Ali Shah Geelani today dropped plans to stage protest marches to army and other security forces camps in Srinagar on September 21. "There has been a modification in the protest schedule. People have been asked not to march to the army

and other forces camps on September 21," Hurriyat Spokesman Ayaz Akbar told PTI. Akbar said the decision was taken as there were "genuine apprehension" that the authorities will take strong action against the protesters.

"However, people will continue to protest in their localities and villages across the Valley. Petitions and memoranda will be hosted on social networking sites like facebook to urge the army and other forces to leave the state on humanitarian grounds," he said.

Geelani had yesterday said the proposed protest march would be peaceful and there were no plans to attack the security forces' camps. "We only want to tell the forces that they will have to leave this land one day.

The elders of the respective areas will lead the marches and hand over memoranda to the army personnel in this regard," he said. Taking strong note of the Geelani's protest programme, the army had asked people to ignore the call given by him.

"The army makes a sincere appeal to people to avoid being misled by the Hurriyat leaders and avoid confronting army garrisons or vehicles," Defence spokesman Lt Colonel J S Brar said yesterday. The army had also asked the Hurriyat Conference to withdraw the protest to prevent loss of life and property.

The army appeal came a day after top security and civil officials met here to devise a strategy to tackle the separatist programme for September 21. As part of the strategy, army personnel have been deployed in several areas around their camps to act as buffers between any mobs and the installations.

Repeal immunity law in Kashmir, says rights group

Indian leaders should seek the immediate repeal of the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) and a transparent probe into rights abuses in Jammu and Kashmir, Human Rights Watch has said. "The state government should release the findings of its inquiry into allegations of excessive use of force

during the ongoing protests in Kashmir," it said in a statement on Thursday.

Referring to the AFSPA, Human Rights Watch said: "The immunity this law gives security forces not only leads to its widespread abuse, but actually hurts the armed forces by protecting members who commit crimes instead of rewarding the ones who respect human rights."

The AFSPA grants the military wide powers to arrest without warrant, shoot to kill, and destroy property in so-called 'disturbed areas'.

It also protects military personnel responsible for serious crimes from prosecution, creating a pervasive culture of impunity.

Some 90 people have died in unending street protests in the Kashmir Valley since June 11, almost all of them in firing by security forces on mobs.

Suspended cops reinstated 9 months after CBI clean chit

The J–K government has reinstated four police personnel suspended in the 2009 Shopian double murder case eight months after the CBI gave a clean chit to them and described the deaths as a drowning case.

The mysterious deaths of two Shopian residents, Asiya Jan and Neelofar Jan, on May

31, 2008 sparked off a spate of violent protests.

The demonstrations immediately turned into major pro-freedom rallies after the locals suspected the security forces' hand in it and alleged rape and murder of the duo. More than 10 protesters died in a series of demonstrations. Shopian district remained shut for 40 days in protest against the deaths.

The government, led by Chief Minsiter Omar Abdullah, immediately suspended four police personnel --- SP Javaid Iqbal Mattoo, DSP Rohit Basgotra, sub-inspector Gazi Abdul Karim and inspector Muhammad Shafiq Ahmad. The locals then alleged the police were involved in shieding the culprits. The police personnel now stand reinstated.

Finally, the case was handed over to the CBI for high-level investigation. In the second week of December in 2009, the CBI produced its report before the court saying "the duo, wife and sister of Shakeel Ahmad, died due to sudden rush in a nearby stream and were washed away. The CBI ruled out rape and claimed the injury marks were due to forceful water currents and the rocks.

The Majlis Mashawarat, a group of local residents, constituted to plead the case is disappointed by the government decision. It has already rejected the CBI report.

"There has been injustice all along. Now we do not expect justice in the case now. This will not go well in the public perception," said Muhammad Shafi Khan, spokesman of the Majlis.

Khan said it is unfair to reinstate the police personnel when the Justice Jan Commission --- instituted to investigate the case and file a report before the government --- has placed them as the accused in the case.

"We are sure the policemen were involved in the case," said Khan.

Srinagar:  The Syed Ali Shah Geelani-led hardline Hurriyat Conference has dropped plans to stage protest marches to army camps on September 21.

Ayaz Akbar, the spokesperson for Hurriyat (Geelani) told NDTV, "There will be no protest outside army camps. We will send a petition to the army through the internet, asking them to withdraw from Kashmir."

On Thursday, the Army has appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to maintain calm and avoid confronting army garrisons at the instance of Hurriyat leaders.

Rahul Gandhi: Kashmir not a part time job, have to give Omar time, support

NDTV Correspondent, Updated: September 16, 2010 17:00 ISTClick to Expand & Play
Kolkata:  "Kashmir is a tough and sensitive job. We should give Omar some time and support". That's how Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi described the Kashmir situation while addressing the media after concluding his 3-day visit to Bengal.

Rahul Gandhi spoke extensively on Kashmir. In an answer to a question on "trust-deficit" plaguing the Omar government, Rahul Gandhi said, "The government has supported Omar. He is the leader of National Conference and it is the NC's decision who runs Kashmir. Omar is a youngster and Kashmir is a difficult place. I think Omar is doing a tough job." (Read: I am grateful to Rahul, says Omar Abdullah)

Rahul Gandhi said that he needs to understand Kashmir in more detail before commenting on more complex issues like the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA).

"Kashmir is not a part time problem" Rahul said, adding that he will visit Kashmir when the party's membership drive goes to the state. Rediff.comTwitterNDTV SocialLive MessengerGmail BuzzPrint

Rahul Gandhi's major thrust remained on the youth. He also threw in many one-liners that had the journalists rocking. Answering to a question, Rahul said, "Politics is everywhere. It's in your shirt, it's in your pants". When asked if Mamata Banerjee was referring to him as a "seasonal cuckoo" while flagging off a series of projects on Monday, Rahul said, "Do I look like a bird to you?"  When another journalist asked him about rising prices, Rahul retorted, "Inflation is coming down. You have wrong information. Had you been a politician you should not have been forgiven." (Watch: Politics in your shirt, your pants, says Rahul)

On a more serious note, Rahul Gandhi spoke on a wide range of issues barely hesitating to answer even the tougher questions.

On Congress's alliance with Mamata Banerjee's Trinamool Congress, Rahul Gandhi said the party respected Mamata but will not bow its head. "We will fight the left front together. Bengal has to go back to the Bengali people. We will not do so if we are not respected. Nothing has gone wrong with our association with the Trinamool." Rahul said. (Video Special: Quotable Rahul in Bengal)

"To say that Mamata has been opposing all UPA policies is wrong. She has opposed some policies and difference of opinion is all right. But difference of opinion and disrespect are two different things. We have a problem with disrespect" he added emphasizing that "Bengal needs to get to the path of development which it got off 33 years ago." (In pics: Rahul, the Politician - Then & Now)

On the contentious issue of land acquisition, Rahul said that the government was working on a new bill. "In UP people's land is taken away for Rs. 400 a metre and sold for thousands a metre... Land acquisition is necessary but one must be fair as in Haryana." Rahul said.

"Naxalism is the result of complex set of circumstance like poverty and connectivity" Rahul said. When asked about his support for the tribals of Niyamgiri over opposition to the bauxite mining project, Rahul said, "What was going there was illegal. The real issue was not corporate against tribal but it was wrong and criminal."
