A. The Consumer Complaints Redressal Council (India), a division of the Council for Fair Business Practices (CFBP) www.cfbp.org has scheduled a public meeting on Consumer Awareness on Wealth Management in October 2010 in Mumbai.

 

If you have a problem regarding an Investment Advisory Service, Broker, Wealth Management Services, etc., do inform CFBP who will interact on your behalf with the concerned organisation, and will call you for the meeting.

 

You may also fill the form at www.karmayog.org/warn . Filled forms will be sent to CFBP as well as circulated to the Karmayog group.

 

Your participation helps to create greater awareness about problems and desired solutions.

 

 

B. It is important to have more websites where citizen complaints can be publicly displayed. This empowers more individuals to speak up and forces organisations to resolve problems.

 

If you are willing to display complaints or replies to RTI queries on your website, blog, discussion group, facebook page etc., do let us know

  - name of website and url

  - email ID 

  - types of complaints of interest e.g. traffic, corruption, consumer complaints, etc.
