The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) is a worldwide alliance of over 200 diabetes associations in more than 160 countries and territories. Since 60 years this base provides IDF with the legitimacy to act as the global voice of the diabetes community which numbers over 300 million people with diabetes, plus their families and healthcare providers and those at risk. IDF is the only diabetes federation with global reach and has the power to convene and mobilize people in the name of diabetes prevention and care.
