one thing should be made essential that no books be changed every year,and books of all colleges and schools should be same. supplement books can be added.uniform be kept same throughout school continuation.No school/college constn charges be borne by students.bus charges be lower than city transport.exam fee and tuition fee be given by Govt instead of wasting on scams, only.then then education maafiyaa could be controlled.If Govt. wishes.
