Without the Himalayas Humanity may not survive.Humanity depends on the Himalayas for all the resources of water and it is a single geopolitical unit beyond political borders.All states India,Pakistan,China,Bhutan,Nepal,Afganistan have to ensure peace in the Himalayas.

Something is going very wrong in the Himalayas.as in Nepal,the people have rejected to return into the History of Hindu Nation under Monarchy and adopted constitution of a secular democratic Nation.The world should respect Nepalese People and Nepal`s constitution.There should not be any interference.

In Nepal ,the President is Madheshi and the Madheshi people are represented in Democracy.But some force have invoked unprecedented violence in Madheshi demography.It is dangerous.
In Kashmir,the situation seems to worsen beyond control as Azad Kashmir is renamed as Gazhi Kashmir and in Indian part of Kashmir,the governance seems to set Kashmir on fire.
The Nation refuses to listen the grievances os the Kshiri people who coincidentally happen to be a Muslim Majority demography.

Himalayan zone represents inherent diversity and Pluralism.it must be sustained.No were in India ,in no province elsewhere Muslim is majority in India.Until Kashmir remains in India ,India remains a secular democratic nation.

But Kashmiri people are not treated as Indians.Late tonight Kashmiri girls have been kicked out from a Punjab College Hostel and Bajrang Dal as demanded Total Beef Ban in Muslim Majority Kashmir.It strengthens those who indulge in violence.

Please save the haimalayas,Kashmir and Nepal.
Please ensure peace in the Himalayas for the survival of humanity,diversity,pluralism and civilization!

Azad Kashmir is renamed as Ghazi Kashmir,voices of liberation is on very very high pitch across the borders.Meanwhile Bajrang Dal has launched a campaign pushing for complete BEEF BAN in Kashmir.The situation is going beyond control,I am afraid.just read the following mail !

Despite the Indian sub-continent partition plan to create a Muslim majority state, and the inhabitants' verdict in the resolution passed under the leadership of Sardar Ibrahim Khan (Ghazi-e-Millat) on July 19, 1947, the Indian government refused to give the Muslim majority state to Pakistan. Meanwhile, in order to fulfill its nefarious design, it collaborated with so called Muslim leaders like Sheikh Abdullah, also known as Mir Abdullah of Kashmir (a term synonymous to Mir Jaffar and Mir Sadiq the famous traitors of Islam). Due to the division among the people, the Indian forces managed to illegally occupy 42,000 square miles of the state of Jammu and Kashmir AKA Maqbooza Kashmir. Thereafter, Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan with the help of Pathans liberated about 4,000 square miles areas of the state known as Pakistan's Kashmir (incorrectly termed Azad Kashmir). Furthermore, we must call to mind the great sacrifices that heroes like Chaudhry Ghulam Abbas (Quaid-e-Kashmir) have done for the cause of Kashmir. In commemoration of the sacrifices and the initiative taken by these heroes, Azad Kashmir is being re-named as Ghazi Kashmir. The moment Maqbooza Kashmir is liberated from Indian occupation it will join as seventh province. INSHALLAH.  Regards,

According to Punjab News Express , the college authorities ordered the hostel inmates to vacate at odd hours in the wake of strike by college students against filling of some seats from management quota. Bajrang Dal Seeks Complete Beef Ban, #DeathPenalty for Defying #WTFnews


Addressing the workers of the organisation, religious Guru Dinesh Bharti demanded a prohibition on cow slaughter in the entire state and slammed those who have been justifying beef consumption on various grounds.
"The cow slaughter should be banned in the state in letter and spirit," he said.
Asking that a large number of cattle are being smuggled from Jammu and adjoining areas to Kashmir Valley, he urged the state government to stop the "illegal practice."
"The protection of cow is considered sacred for Hinduism," he said.
Later, Bajrang Dal activists led by Bharti took out a rally from Gangyal, which culminated at SDM Office Gadigarh, where they submitted a memorandum to Tehsildar in regard to 'protection of cow' and demanded death penalty for the people who slaughter the animals.

तर, जसले जेसुकै भनुन मलाई भने नरमाईलो पनि लागेको छ। आज नेपालका सारा हिन्हिदु ॐकार परिवारहरुले एकै चोटी बाबु आमा गुमायको जस्तो अनुभव गरिरहेका छन। यो दृष्टिकोणले हेर्ने हो भने त  विश्वभरिका हिन्दुहरुले यो दिनलाई कालो दिन माने पनि हुन्छ। यो नेपालको धर्म-निरपेक्ष संबिधान आयपछि मलाई भने विश्वको सबैभन्दा पुरानो साभ्यता र यो साभ्यताको धरोहरले यो विश्वबाट नै बिदा लिएको हो की जस्तो लाग्न थालेको छ। म आफुले आफैलाई पनि कलियुगबाट पनि घोर-कलियुगमा प्रवेश गर्दै छु जस्तो लाग्दै छ। यसमा म गलत पनि हुन सक्छु, अरु म भन्दा बढी सही पनि हुन सक्लान्।  मलाई लाग्यो, हिजोदेखि कार्योतिक ३ गते विश्वको एक मात्र हिन्दु राष्ट्रको स्वर्गवाश भयो। अब नेपालमा Kingdom of God आउँदै छ, हेरि राख्नोुहोला। जस जसले त्यसको लागी बचन दिनु भएको थियो, आज देखी फेरी त्यसैको लागी मात्र भए पनि  खुशी मनाउन थाले हुन्छ।

हिजो र आज तराई पहाडमा र शुरक्षित शहरमा बस्ने सबै नेपालीहरुले  संबिधान आएको खुशीयालीमा समारोह र झण्डा फहराएर,
उत्शव र दिपावली गरे।  उनीहरुलाई नेपालका झण्डा बोक्ने र मैनबत्ती बोक्ने दुबै हात खाली यिए, उनीहरुको एउटा हातम झण्डा 
बोके र फहराए अनी अर्को हातले दियो को बत्ती उठयर हर्षोल्लाश मनाय। उनीहरुको हातमा झण्डा पनि थामियो मैनवत्ती र दियो पनि अटायो। 
तर महिनादिन देखी  निषेधित क्षेत्र र कर्फ्युको बिचमा रुमल्लिरहेका काला झण्डा बोक्ने हरु संग भने एक हातमा कालो झण्डा अर्को हातमा ढुँगा र हतियार छ। ती उत्तेजित कालोपट्टी बाँधेर आफुमाथी आक्रमण गर्न आउनेहरुबाट आफ्नो रक्षागर्नको लागी  अश्रुग्यास रबर र शिशा ओकल्ने बन्दुकहरु
बोकेका  शुरक्षाकर्मीहरुलाई भने संबिधान आएको मा हर्ष गर्ने   होश, समय र फुर्शद कहाँ ? 
आरु सबै नेपालीहरुले शहर, वस्ती पहाडमा खुशीयाली मनाउन, झण्डा र दिपावलीको लागी दियो बालिरहँदा त्यस्तो खुशियाली मनाउन त्यहाँ
उनीहरुसंग न झण्डा थियो, न ता दियो न ता कुनै मैन बत्ती नै। यदी त्यहाँ भैहालेको अवस्थामा पनि नेपालको झण्डा फहराउन र दियो बाल्न शुरक्षाकर्मीहरुको हातनै खाली थिएन।  उनिहरुलाई पनि यो अवशरमा एक हातमा नेपालको झण्डा र अर्को हातमा बलेको दियो उचालेर आफन्त संग बधाई साटा साट गर्ने कत्रो ठुलो रहर थियो होला? यस्तो शुखद क्षणमा पनि खुसियालीमा झण्डा उठाएर दियो वालेर खुसि व्यक्त गर्न उनिहरुले आफुले समाईराखेको बन्दुक विशाउने फुर्सद सम्म थिएन। 
यो नेपालकाो यो राष्ट्रिय झण्डा र कालो झण्डाको खेलमा कालो ले जित्ने हो की सेतोले जित्ने भन्ने दोहरिको चेपुवामा रेफरी बस्न बाध्य शुरक्षाकर्मीले भने कहिले यो संबिधान निर्माणमा खुसीले झण्डा र दियो उचाल्न पाउने?  त्यो त अझै हेर्न र कुर्न बाँकि नै छ।

The constitution directly violates the clear mandate expressed in the recent public opinion on the draft constitution. They were clearly for 'Hindu rastra' and against 'Sanghiyata.' Mere agreements between political parties do not constitute mandate, more so the agreements with undemocratic Maoists. There must be direct input of the people. The CA led by the syndicate of a few undemocratic and foreign influenced leaders deliberately ignored such people's input.
Compare the current constitution with the 1990 constitution created by PM KP Bhattarai. The 1990 constitution was not objected by any. It was lauded as one of the best. There were enough provisions for amendments, if needed. All the NC, UML and even Maoists leaders got elected under and sworn to abide by it. No serious legal scholars wrote any against it. On the contrary, the 2015 constitution is objected from different quarters. 
The problem is the Maoists insurgency in 1996 against democracy to impose communism. Unfortunately, it was also aided by European Churches to facilitate conversion, and by India to have better control of internal affairs of Nepal. The NC / UML leaders who swore by democracy and the 1990 constitution ran away as soon as a few Maoists Terrorists showed up. They even agreed to include un-elected Maoists (30%) in the interim parliament. That is, the interim parliament is part democracy (70%) and part communist (30%), a direct violation of the very principles of democracy and the people's mandate.
The 2015 constitution is a sad and bad case. It does not reflect the core of people's wish. It is designed merely to appease internal and external anti-national forces. The CA deliberately did not even discuss the important national issues. As is, they remain impositions against people's wish through Maoists terror and foreign meddling.
The following issues must be discussed and referendum held for the mandate.
a. Democracy vs. Communism
b. Hindu rastra vs. Secular     
c. United Nepal vs. Sanghiyata
d. Parliamentary vs. Mixed system
It is democracy, let people decide. Imposed decision against people's wish is Treason.

The rise of Nepal as a new Federal Democratic Republic country in the world with the emergence of new Constitution (2015) is, indeed, aftermath of incessant struggle for democracy in Nepal for the last six and a half decades. However, it is significant that the new constitution must ensure durable peace, stability and robust growth in conformity with the aspirations of common people and also hope that Nepal would be transformed into a strong economic nation-state with a climax of prosperity in not too distant future.
To my presumption the new Constitution is the hallmark of national unity, integration, sovereignty and a gateway to move toward a great leap forward ensuring modernization with existence of glorified civilization. What is important today is to exhibit and strengthen solidarity by preserving greater social harmony among different segments of the society in Nepal.
The promulgation of new Constitution on Sunday September 20, 2015 at 5 pm would be the unique and golden memento and also a colorful premium to be presented by the contemporary generation of Nepal to younger generation ensuring their better future with security and prosperity. The bewildered journey toward unidentified destination coupled with great risks and mysterious uncertainties for many years leading to a failure state would be over with the declaration of new Constitution.

बीरगंज, ३ असोज । नेपालको संविधानको विरोधमा रहेका मधेसी मोर्चाका कार्यकर्ता र प्रहरीवीचको भडपमा एक जनाको मृत्यू भएको छ ।
बीरगञ्जको एकाहा मैनपुरका अन्दाजी ३० वर्षीय शत्रुघन पटेलको झडपको क्रममा प्रहरीको गोली लागेर मृत्यू भएको हो ।
प्रर्दशनकारीहरुले चारै तिर घेरहालेर प्रहरीमाथि आक्रमण गरेपछि प्रहरीले गोली चलाएको थियो । मृतकको टाउकोमा गोली लागेको छ । झडपमा एक प्रहरी निरिक्षकसहित एक दर्जन घाईते भएका छन । घाईतेको नारायणी उपक्षेत्रीय अस्पतालमा उपचार भईरहेको छ।
