 | SCHOOL DISCOVED THE TECHNIC TO BYPASS RTE
EASY WAY TO BYPASS RTE-2009 :- some unaided schools discoverred the way to bypass RTE act 2009 by taking less no of intake at entry level. some of the schools like Lancers convent runs a play school in neighbourhood and admitting 2+ children and announced less no of seats in entry level then actual seats. there is no need to mention that school did not provided the share of disadvantaged group in the previous school as the same is not a school in the definition of department of education and same is running in a priviate building. Another example is Sachdeva Public School rohini which has more then 200 seats in school as section A to G is functioning in verious class but at entry level school has officially declared 40 seats for pre school and then announced 10 succesful candidates after draw. at the day of draw only such parents who had previous understnading with school had been called. |
