[PMARC] India's Whistleblower Bill 2010 - Recommendations for Strengthening the Protection Regime

Dear all,
You may recollect an earlier email alert on this subject. The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Personnel, Public Grievances, Law and Justice has begun hearing people's depositions on how the Whistleblower Bill could be strengthened. I have attached some recommndations that indicate how this may be done based on international best practice standards. These may be of use to any of you who may have been invited to make their submission to the Parliamentary Committee. Please share this email widely within your networks.
